Was quoted at 2 weeks for a watch repair that took 2 months for my fathers citizen that he wore when he was my age and gave me. I was extremely nervous to trust this watch with anyone, but heard good things about Spencer’s. I understand they had to wait on parts, but when I received no updates and have to call and get told someone else would reach out, and then they don’t, or getting told they’d call the manufacturer and call me back, but then they don’t It got pretty frustrating. Maybe it’s because I’m young that I wasn’t taken seriously, I’m not sure. Had to get it shipped because I moved and they did waive the shipping fee when I asked. I still had to pay the full $185 though, which honestly only would have seemed fair if it was still within the time frame or a week or two after or EVEN follow ups we seen through when I was told. Two. Months. Nothing could ever replace this watch. I just paid the $185 though because I lost a lot of trust and at this point just wanted to get it back and was not going to risk anything even if I did not find that fair. Watch does work though and they’re cordial when you call which can be rare so - 2.5 stars. This was a rough experience, but it was mine so take it for what it’s worth.
