Kelli Wright is wonderful. We had purchased our bed from Sleep Outfitters 5 years ago and our mattress was sagging and needed replaced. As it was still under warranty I called and asked them what we needed to do. Kelli took care of all the paperwork for us and sent us an email that night when it was ready for us to sign. We went in the next day picked out our new mattress and signed the new paperwork and out the door we went. The mattress will be delivered to us on Friday. Kelli went over and beyond to make this process very easy for us. We would definitely recommend sleep Outfitters and Kelli to anyone...

Good sérvice. Sales person clicked 5 stars. Was given a firm mattress for a medium and told they were the same. The mattress in the store is stamped Sealy. The mattress we received was labeled made for Sealy. Asked to return mattress and pay the $100 for the soft. And was told I would also have to pay the difference in the sale price. Great people but beware and check what you receive. this is a very lumpy firm and sits I used on a bedroom.I will probably have to put base another mattress but it won't be here so...

I bought my memory foam pillow 4years and it has been amazing! The only thing better than my pillow was the service! Fast forward My girlfriend returned today and received the same amazing service! We were helped by Kelly Cain who blew us away with her hospitality and kindness. She was knowledgeable, respectfully, and listened so well. We are so grateful for her help.
