I don't usually leave reviews but my visit tonight was absolutely ATROCIOUS. The red haired woman serving the window was incredibly rude, and I wish I'd gotten her name to write it here now. It was around 11:00pm and we just needed to pick up an online order. The line was long, so I do feel for the employees. Busy nights are hard. But when we got to the window, we were not acknowledged whatsoever, no eye contact was made, no "we'll be with you in just a moment," nothing. Finally, the window opens after at least 10 minutes and a bag is shoved at us. I make eye contact, ask "Order for (our order name)?" And she says nothing, closes the window. We wait a moment for the drink. Once again, wordlessly the window opens and a drink is handed out, but we soon realize it is not ours. She, once again wordlessly, closes the window before I can say anything, and we wait. She opens the window again, this time with the correct drink, and I am holding the wrong drink out to her. Before I can ask if that's the root beer we ordered, she interrupts with a firm "I can't take that back from you." And I ask, "Okay but is that the root beer?" And she once again says "I can't take that back from you." Exasperated, I take the drink and she closes the window without saying anything else. BE WARY POTENTIAL THEIF. My girlfriend and I went through the drive through tonight at 7:55PM on 2/2/25 and got a rude employee. She had the wrong drinks we wanted (we asked for the Strawberry Dream Freezes). She took our card and gave us our straws but then in the window started to divide the drinks into new cups and fill the rest making a mess everywhere inside. Then she handed us our food and drinks and without thinking I drove off and she didn't return the card. It took us about 15 minutes to realize but we headed back. We checked the interior of our car and it wasn't there and it was in neither wallet. While I waited to talk to someone in store I saw the lady slip out the side with food and drinks. I was thinking oh off the shift that's why she was just frustrated when we came through and I understood that. But as she left I got a message from my girlfriend that she got charged another $10.15 on the card from the same location! When I finally got to talk to someone they looked in all secure locations for the card but then ended up finding it by the register by the window. Luckily they refunded the $10.15 to the card but I can almost guarantee if they would look at the cameras, they will find her using a bright green card to pay $10.15 for her food.
