Since I moved here 4 months ago, I've noticed that the station is clean. However, the drivers for the 110 bus take their time getting to the bus when leaving the station. For example, if the bus departure time is 8:41 am, the driver doesn't get to the bus until 8:45 am, and the bus doesn't leave until 8:51 am.
I believe that if people rely on public transit and schedule their commutes based on the times given by Marta, we should expect better customer service. Vending machines for snacks and drinks that take card and apple pay. Very safe environment with constant MARTA security presence. I’ve never boarded any other train outside of Georgia, but besides the regular commuters and random dwellers it’s actually a clean safe place as long as you don’t get too friendly with people.
