I wish the art center would replace the management of this parking deck. I have been a member of the High museum for about 5 years. The service at this parking garage is consistently poor. For example, when I presented my museum membership for free parking, the guy acted like he didn't want members there and that he would lose money from his pocket or something.
The signage needs to improve as well. The pricing here is misleading. The people at the gate would charge you $25 for insurance, even if 30 minutes, although the sign says something different. There was a sign that said prepaid only, and I asked if it was prepaid while they were working people in to the garage from traffic. My husband gave his card and the exact same thing happened, so clearly it was their system, not our cards. They told us we had to leave the garage and couldnât park there.
