I must preface this review by saying I usually never leave reviews for anything; good or bad, BUT, I felt inclined to do so this time around. If you're into the online barbering community, you will no doubt have heard of ABBS. I was in the same boat, but always just ordered from Amazon since I have a Prime membership. There were a few things I needed, so I checked it out. Most, if not all the things I wanted to buy were up and away the best prices around for them. (Like seriously, this is the place to go to stock up on clipper oil, trimmer blades, and Oster combs) Now as I stated before, I'm a bit jaded when it comes to shipping because of my Prime account, but I was very hesitant to pay the 8 or 9 dollar shipping fee for the items I had placed in my cart. I would come to find out the fee is waved after $70, so I figured what the heck, I'll get a few extras to make it worth placing the order. (Also, to anyone hesitant to pay the shipping fee for orders under the threshold, the competitive pricing absolutely makes up for it)I was not dissappointed. As a previous review stated, you receive email updates every step of the way during the order and shipping process. Very nice. I received my rather large package thinking it seemed a bit heavy for what I ordered; I wasn't crazy for thinking it, because inside I would find a can of (complementary)clipper disinfectant spray with a sticker reading in big, bold print "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER". Bravo, guys. Way to go above and beyond. Definitely will remain doing business...
Read moreWorst customer service! Call during business hours and get a recording to call back later. Received a set of liners and clippers, clippers came in damaged. Instead of replacing the entire order they only wanted back the clippers. Called after 2 weeks for status and couldn't reach anyone via phone. Emailed and received an apology response saying she had to check and get back to me. After another week I tried calling and again received a recording so I emailed. Emailed response was another apology stating she didn't know why it hasn't shipped but would get it shipped. Finally, after another week the clippers arrived. I took the clippers to my brother's barbershop who recommended this company so he could show me how to zero the liners to make sharpen. He noticed the screw was stripped and said they looked damaged. I explained that the clippers came in damaged but I didn't see anything broken on the liners. He asked why didn't they send me a new set not just new clippers. Great question! He then called and was told we needed to file a claim with Wahl. He asked for a manager and was told the manager Erica only takes calls on Tuesdays and there was nothing she could do anyway. My brother stated the years of being a customer and recommending new customers but it meant nothing to the young lady who would not disclose her name. So here we are with a $270 set that can't be used to it's full potential. Been dealing with this since February 2025. Again, worst...

The Lady which always seems to be the Case said if you have an Order number then we got it!!
So I said Mam can u just Verify my Order number an she said What is it?
Also I called right back to Speak with a Manager an they was Operating without One Apparently!!!
An So I said I would like to Cancel My Order an they Lady Said I Can’t Understand You an I said it again an She Repeatedly said I would like to cancel my Order!!
She began to Taunt me over an Over saying I can’t Understand you Until I had Raise my voice Expelling my Order number an She said your orders been Canceled, I said could you please send a Email Confirming that?
Also I was there in person in November, I had Flew in town an they were the Same way, Very Rude!! They also Forgot to put Paid Items into My Paperbag with their Logo on it!!!
I didn’t even Realize until I went to pack my Suitcase to leave Atlanta!!!
So I say this to say, it won’t be a 3rd encounter!
