The owner Mr.Larry is type weird and unprofessional. He couldn’t give me a window for delivery, made a simple process extremely difficult and asked a ton of questions that are frankly none of his business and have nothing to do with the process. The bed is nice though, the delivery guy was sweet, efficient and professional. Would love to do business with him again but it was honestly too much of a hassle. Like he couldn’t separate business from personal & was all over the place. Sharing other client information and asking me if I was related to someone who ordered the day before and who the bed was for I was ordering, demanded the persons information that would be at my home to receive the order it was just too much and the process was very simple. From the start he had a very rude and nasty attitude. After providing my identity he informed me I could proceed with receiving my bed. I’m a female and he stated since I didn’t order delivery and set up I was on my own with moving the bed from his truck to my truck (STRIKE 2) I was looking to do further business with this company however he lacks customer service skills and is very nosey. Read moreVery rude and very unprofessional. I purchased a sectional couch and in less than 7 days, I had issues upon the first time being seated on it. I reached out to Mr. Larry, who came back to address the issue and notified me that it was a manufacturers malfunction. Mr. Larry offered to drill brand new holes in an already brand new couch as his first option to experiment and try and fix the problem. He said there was nothing that he could do because his furniture supplier wouldn’t take it back and he has nowhere that he could take the couch if he gave me a full refund or swapped it out for another.
