I had a three-series of chemical peels at Blue Devine Aesthetics. For my first appointment, Kalen was almost 30 minutes late. Despite her tardiness, she did not offer an apology for the inconvenience caused. Instead of focusing on the treatment I was there for, she initially attempted to push an unrelated product on me. When I declined, her attitude shifted, and the actual consultation felt rushed. It was evident that Kalen was in a hurry to finish the treatment quickly, possibly to avoid being late for her next scheduled appointment. During the course of the treatment, Kalen hardly spoke to me and showed no interest in building rapport with me as a new client. Kalen's apparent lack of care gave me the impression that she is solely motivated by financial gain, with no genuine concern for delivering high-quality work and prioritizing client care.

In contrast, my next two appointments were with Zoee, and the experience was vastly different! I found Zoee to be helpful, nice, personable, and dedicated to providing excellent service.

While I appreciate the warm and welcoming demeanor of the front desk staff and Zoee at Blue Devine Aesthetics, I have decided not to return. Upon learning that Kalen not only functions as the "Lead Aesthetician" but also holds pivotal roles as CEO and founder of Blue Devine Aesthetics, I absolutely will not provide further financial support to this establishment ... not after the way Kalen treated me. Additionally, for the cost of the series, I anticipated more dramatic results than what was achieved. I definitely felt that I over-paid. Notably, Kalen neglected to mention their membership program during my first visit, which would have saved me money if I had known.

Edit: I presume Kalen has responded to me. While I acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise, my main point is that you failed to extend an apology when it was warranted. There has been no acknowledgment or apology for your overall behavior towards me during my first visit.

While I agree that some of the aestheticians at Blue Divine prioritize their clients' well-being and strive for optimal outcomes, regrettably, this was not evident in your interaction with me.

I have had an exceptional experience at Blue Divine so far. My skin care routine and the health of my skin has improved tremendously after only one visit. I originally stopped in for a consultation and spoke with Adrianna. She was able to help put together a plan in order to achieve my goals.

I had my first Peel (The Perfect Peel) a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. Once you get started and begin to see results it will get extremely addicting. I plan to continue coming once a month to take care of all of my skincare needs.

(12/29/20) I decided to update my review due to the exceptional service I have continued to receive. I'd like to start by saying Kalen is an OUTSTANDING business owner & truly listens to her clients needs. It has been extremely easy to communicate with her and she treats all clients with the UPMOST level of respect. I can honestly say that Blue Divine treats me like family!! I wish I could give Kalen & her staff 10 stars because they truly deserve it!!

My teeth are sparkling white due to my teeth whitening sessions, my lazer hair removal results have been INCREDIBLE, & my skin overall is GLOWING!!! Thank God for Blue Divine, I am so excited to have found a spa that treats me like family & helps me to achieve all of my skincare goals!

Adriana is an outstanding individual who listens to your needs, truly cares, and is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Haley has shown me the definition of superior customer service and I am extremely grateful to have made such friends here at Blue Divine.

I had a great experience at Blue Divine Spa. I went in for a consultation for full body (everywhere except my back) laser hair removal last week and I couldn’t have been more pleased with their professionalism and knowledgeability of the procedure. I didn’t feel any pain at all (coming from someone with an extremely low pain tolerance) when they did a “patch test” on my leg. They blow very cold air onto the spot as the laser zaps the hair, so you won’t feel anything. The type of laser they use (YAG, I believe) is also great for all skin types, which was a big deal for me because I am biracial (tan skin with very dark hair - think Italian or Latino). My aesthetician, Adrianna, was great! She was friendly, professional, and really helped ease my nerves about having the procedure done. They really work with you on prices which is great because I was a little worried about the cost of a full-body procedure, but I am very happy with the price they gave me. The place is clean and well sanitized which I know is important to a lot of people in the age of COVID, and they also make sure to take your temperature upon your arrival. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with this place. I am scheduled to have my first full-body session done next week which should only take 1.5-2 hours. I would definitely recommend Blue Divine Spa!

Review Update: (4/22/2021) I have been going here for full body laser hair removal appointments and hydrafacials/chemical peels/microneedling for a few months and my skin looks amazing! My body is super smooth now and my face is always glowing. The staff here is super friendly and the customer service is great. Can’t recommend this...
