I'm so glad I'm not the only one that brought it to their attention. The middle age woman at the front desk extremely rude. I was going to buy one of the orchids, and the purple stone that was in the back, and was told that orchids aren't orchids in condescending manner ( I guess she said it to seem smarter than me.idk) then proceeded to tell me that this store is all up scale, and they're not florists they're flower designers ( the way she said it was pretty much implying I don't have enough money to buy anything), then she went on a life story rant about how she is a journalist, which had nothing at all to do with anything. Finally she said i wouldn't understand anything because she has costumers like Matt Ryan, showing me a letter with his name on it ( like I cared).... I just wanted to buy the flowers for my girl friend that has been in the hospital for 2 weeks. I may not have "Matt Ryan" money, but I had enough money to buy what ever i wanted in this store. I always buy plants at this store when I am in the area and upon the last visit I wanted to buy a large maple but needed to prune it to get it In my vehicle. The lady at the counter was very snooty, unhelpful, and condisending. She acted like I was in the wrong place by her " can I help you " comment not to ask if she could help me but more like " what are you doing here" . She knew I wanted the large maple and needed help pruning it. Her not the older lady ( just arriving ) ever came to help me after I stood outside for some time. I just left. I always got snarky, look down your nose service there, but this took the cake. I'm in customer service and always am conscious to treat people the way I want to be treated. Unbelievably great. Greatness!! I called at 4:46 on the 23rd of December after 800Flowers (HORRIBLE) told me they could no longer deliver for the 23rd to my beloved godmother and I was in a full PANIC!! They said they would have to reschedule for the 28th. I called this place just from doing a Google search for flowers in Atlanta, and I asked if they could be give me anything lovely and ready, and I would have an Uber package driver pick it up. They said they had a holiday ready item and I could pay with a card on the phone. I was saved!! And we completed the whole ordeal in less than 5 minutes. Best of all: the orchid plant they chose was elegant, has other plants as part of it too, a lovely pot with handles and they even took it our to the Uber driver for me!...
