Update : I did recieve a refund for my last payment and Heather the Manager called me and apologized and was very helpful in canceling my subscription and getting me that refund . I will still not be going back again.

Update on my experience with Skin laundry , my first two treatments were great and during my second visit the office encouraged me to sign up for a membership in order to receive the treatments for a less cost than a non member would pay. Since I was hopeful to achieve my skin results , I signed up for the recurring payments membership. BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART. Part of the recurring subscription is unlimited facials in a month but of course the NP's recommendation is once every 4 weeks so it isn't unlimited. But I felt I was still paying a lower price for the same facial and I didn't mind. I made the following appointment for a month from the day of my facial . The day of the facial I was stuck in traffic due to an accident on GA-400 and I was t reach their facility 5 mnts late to my appt . They refused to accommodate me and said I had to reschedule for another day. Since they had my money already , it seemed like they had very little interest in accommodating me . When I asked to cancel my subscription , the manager was too busy to talk to me and never bothered to call back as promised by the person I was talking to. I had to try calling back a few times before I got to finally speak with the manager who finally cancelled my subscription for August. So they have taken and will continue to take my money but won't accommodate me if im 5 mints late due to an accident on the road which I can't help. If you want to be scammed the same way and be treated poorly after paying them good money , go on and see them , to me it wasn't worth it...

I had an awful experience at Skin Laundry and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When I arrived, the front desk greeted me by the wrong name, then just sent me to the back to wash my face without realizing I was the next client. After that, I was scolded for being three minutes late, as if I’d done something terribly wrong. To make matters worse, the front desk wasted another four minutes discussing with the technician behind closed doors whether I could start my treatment—time that could have been spent actually doing the treatment instead of delaying further.

The entire operation feels like a money-grab. Corporate is more focused on cramming as many customers into back-to-back 15-minute sessions as possible. You're paying $275 a month for one rushed "power signature" treatment, and can only schedule it once every three weeks. And gratuity isn’t even included!

On top of that, they don’t have visibility on the laser treatment to gauge how deep they’re actually going. For something as important as skin care, this lack of precision makes the treatment feel unsafe and certainly not worth the money.

To make matters worse, I drove an hour to Buckhead just for this 15-minute session, and yet they didn’t care when suggesting I come back the next day for being a few minutes late.

Also, be warned: the membership requires a 4-month commitment, and they make it difficult to cancel. Newcomers should definitely know this before signing up.

Overall, it feels like they don’t value their customers or their technicians, who are likely overworked. Not worth the time, money, or...
