Really disappointing customer service. Spent a week trying to make an appointment and just gave up and went to another salon. I understand being too busy and not taking new clients that should be communicated if that is the case. I spent time calling and responding to text messages combing through my week to pick out times that could work because none were offered just to be ignored. I also called multiple times after my texts were left of read, thinking it might have just been lost but still nothing. Also I was very prompt to respond after 3 messages back and forth trying to book an appointment I was ghosted. If you have all the customers you need and don’t need my business communicate it like a business own, choosing to ignore a new customer after starting a text conversation isn’t how a good business offering a service should run.
