This review isn’t for my experience in the store, which was fine. It is for the fact that now that I’ve flown back home across the country, I can’t find a good phone number for the store to discuss how I can return/exchange the item (a gift that is too ). How can a business have a bad phone number on their receipt? Why would a business have a bad number on Yelp and Google? A week has passed. Why hasn’t the bookstore responded to my email, sent using their website messaging service for customer support?
Inquiring minds want to know?! So what have we learned from reviews? Only purchase in person, not online. And if you live out of state, don’t decide to buy any clothing at last minute if you aren’t absolutely sure of the size. You will not have anyway to contact...

I made three visits to the store,which is observing covid rules,which is great,but the store phone number is straight to voice mai,l and no way of reaching anyone..At last a security guard gave me a new number,which I had to wait on a return call to retrieve my items. This has been a purchase I made in November, and it has taken til today to get these items.Not happy with the service.Hopefully,the next person has a better experience..There is a really urgent need to fix the problems there..It makes it hard to be financially supportive of HBCU.This phone system needs to be addressed...

As a former Follett employee, the way my order was handled was ridiculous. If an item is out of stock, you're supposed to contact the customer and ask if they want a replacement or refund 🙄 AND process that transaction appropriately.
I mailed the wrong item back in December and have YET to get a refund. I guess the only way you'll get what you actually need is if you live in GA and can go...
