
I have been wanting to patronize this business for a long time, so when my coworker stated that she had a taste for pizza I thought it was the best time to place an order with them. The website was user friendly, and it was easy to order. I placed my order 12:06 p.m. My coworker went to pick up the order. However, when she arrived at 1: 15 p.m. my order was not completed. The cashier ( reported to be polite) stated that the restaurant had not received the order, and could not find any documentation in their system to confirm the placed an order. I had to text and email a copy of the receipt to my worker for her to show them the receipt. Reportedly their online system was down. The only issue with that was Menufy (the company they use for online ordering) reports the system wasnât down on their end and the restaurant should have received the order without issue. Despite these issues, they began working on the order after my coworker showed the receipt. However, she calls 5 minutes later asking for clarification on the order because the cook (reported to be not so polite) began to make something that wasnât on the receipt. Now, not only has this initially taken more time than expected but now there is an extra wait while they correct the items that were mistakenly made. To add insult to injury, once we were finally able to eat the food wasnât that greatâŚjust average.
Perhaps if we had time to spare, and werenât at work being clocked for time, this wouldnât have been as frustrating as a situation. However, the entire point of placing an online order and arriving at the stated time is to minimize wait time.    Read moreI love kava, and I take kratom every day, so I really wanted to like this kava bar in my town. The food was good there, and they have some good pork-free pizza and other happy hour specials that will get you full for 5 bucks from 4-8. But I went there for kava. I got a coconut shell shaped dish with warm water and what appeared to be some instant mix from behind the counter for 5 bucks. They also blend it with juice for 7 dollars a cup. I've always made kava by taking the ground root and soaking it in a slightly fatty drink, like coconut milk, and working the root for 15 minutes in some cheesecloth until most of the fat soluble active ingredients are removed into the drink. So I wouldn't be surprised if the drink was preprepared. But getting the instant mix here is like going into a chocolatier and getting a lukewarm cup of swiss miss with water. My mouth got just a bit numb, but nothing happened otherwise. Then I ordered a cup of Kratom. The bartender was nice, but she didn't know anything about the strain or brand and didn't find out when I asked. Since there are three main kinds, two of which have substantially different effects, it's kind of important to know whether you're taking white or red. It's the difference between a morning boost and a sedating nightcap. It was bitter, and I'm sure if someone wanted to try it and didn't have a tolerance, they would have gotten an effect from whichever kind it was. But again, I didn't feel anything. So I ordered a second cup of kava, with the same result. Can you imagine going to a coffee shop and having two cups without being able to tell if they were decaf or not?    Read moreI ordered a pizza yesterday with spinach . I'm a single dad with twins so I was running on tight a schedule. Just left fourth Ward water park downtown and it was time for dinner so my twins suggested pizza . I also had two clients coming by to discuss rent in my warehouse space for the weekend so I was trying to time everything just right. Upon my order I specified what I wanted and also how long It would take. She told me 30 minutes and begin to get off the phone without even ask me my name for the order pick up . I called in right at 30 minutes before I went to the pizzeria just to be told that she messed up my order and it's not a big deal she'll give me another pizza for half price . By this time I was bus straight it so I asked to speak to a manager and she literally left me on the phone . I pulled up to the location and asked for a manager and the person that greeted me at the time was the manager but did not make that known . I finally got my pizza after 20 minutes but the service sucks the people are unprofessional and I was late for my meeting and worst case the twins dinner was late !!!!!
