My two experiences with this location have been nothing short of a 5 star review. During my first visit a few weeks ago I had to come in to purchase a replacement shower head. Mine had broken during the first shower at my new home, so I was pretty happy to see that there was a hardware store within walking distance. Not only did they allow my dog to come inside, but the employee there (white male, about 20-25 y/o, brown hair, thin, can't remember name) commiserated with me on the poor quality of the broken product and helped me find a quick and easy replacement. He talked to me like a human and not a sales person which was great.
During my second experience, I called the location to inquire about glass cutting. One of our window panes fell out as a result of hurricane Michael winds, so I wanted to grab a new one quickly. They unfortunately don't cut glass at this location, but they did tell me about other Ace locations that do cut glass. When I let them know that these were all too far away, they told me about a glass shop right down the road which I'll be going to later today.

Beware SKETCHY RETURN POLICY AND LACK OF TRANSPARENCY â.Iâve owned Stihl equipment for 20yrs with almost no problems, purchased a lower model Stihl weed eater from this location on July 25. Everyone was great but they forgot to ever verbally mention there are no returns under any circumstances. This weed eater broke on the second use. Now I want to return it since it is pretty low quality vs what Iâm used to. Tried to reason with the store manager Carly and she ensured me no returns would ever be possible since itâs their policy.    Read moreI appreciated having another hardware store option to utilize. However, I have encountered a problem every time I asked for help in this store and do not plan to return. The manager or relative to an owner of the store always pulls the person who is helping me away from me and says âThere are hundreds of options and we are not here to talk about your options or help you with thatâ each time I have seen him. This time he pulled the associate away from helping me to go outside and work on a car that was in the parking deck. Where is his customer service? We are your neighbors!
