I've had two wonderful experiences at the BELT Hub, and both were outstanding. The owners are incredibly friendly and committed to providing a great experience.

On my first visit, my wife and I rented e-bikes for a perfect midday date. The bikes were easy to use and a fantastic way to enjoy the scenery on the Beltline. We were able to cover a lot of ground and stopped for lunch at Lee + White before a relaxed ride back.

My second experience was for a team outing with my work group. We took a guided e-bike tour led by a knowledgeable Atlanta historian. This was a unique and engaging way to learn about the city while having fun. After the tour, we enjoyed a high-quality tea tasting next door at the Gong Fu tea house.

We rented bikes here a few days ago, and it was such an amazing experience! My girl and I set out to explore the West Side Beltline, and this rental shop made the whole adventure seamless. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful, walking us through everything we needed to know, making sure our bikes were just right, and giving us some local tips for the best spots on the trail.

The bikes themselves were in perfect condition, and we could tell they take pride in maintaining their gear. Riding the Beltline was beautiful, and we captured so many great photos along the way! It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we owe it all to the fantastic team here. We’ll definitely be back for more rides in the future!

We had never used electric bikes before but loved the Beltline and wanted to see the whole Beltline versus the section where we normally eat. This was so fun and amazing. Went from both ends twice and got off twice at piedmont park and also rode through Ansley Park with no issues. Highly recommend the E bikes and for sure using Beltline biking. They met us before we got started at a bike rack right on the Beltline which made it so easy to get started and when we were ready to stop. The 2 owners showed us everything on how to use the bikes and made us comfortable using them . They really seemed to care about their customers. We rented the whole day and had the best...
