The absolute worst!!! The lies and disrespect were endless. I went to Marty Mason and purchased a custom sectional. Issue 1 - I ordered my sectional in mid September, it did not arrive until mid December. During this time Marty Mason's sales rep (Desmond) did not establish a clear line of communication with manufacturer. They had no idea initially why my sectional was delayed nor couldn't commit to a completion date.

Issue 2 - From my initial contact with Marty Mason Collected Home and all the way thru the sales process I expressed to them I was in the market for a 8-way hand tied sectional with down wrapped coil cushions. When my sectional was finally delivered is was constructed using cheap sinuous coil and the cushions were all foam. When I contacted the store they (Desmond) assured me he inspected the sectional before delivery. He said he verified it was what I ordered and it was 8-way hand tied etc... LIES LIES LIES!!!

Now on to Marty Mason (owner) himself... When my sectional was delayed I came into the store to speak with him directly concerning the status. He was extremely pompous and displayed no sort of customer service. He seemed as though he didn't want to be bothered. This attitude continued all the through discovery of the issues with my sectional upon delivery. Ultimately with pictures, audio, and video evidence he gave me a full refund. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MARTY MASON!!! ...

I will not use this showroom or recommend this showroom to any of my clients. I called in the morning to confirm that a certain piece was still available, the gentleman (Desmond) stated that it was still at the store. I told him that I would stop by at lunch that same day to purchase. I left my name so that they would know when I came in. When I went by at lunch to purchase the piece, they had sold it. The same gentleman that I spoke to on the phone stated that they had sold it and could not hold it for me. Ridiculous!!! This is even though I had called to make sure it was there and went by the store when I said that I would. Not very good business practices. If this was their store policy, he should have stated such when I was on the phone with him earlier so that I did not waste time and effort to go over there. If you are looking for coture furniture that is custom, unique, yet the price is comparable to those large furniture warehouses like Ethan Allen or Restoration Hardware, you've come to the right place. I recently ordered two blue chairs and a grey sectional sofa from Marty Mason. All three pieces are GORGEOUS and I receive so many compliments from my guests on the design and/or fabric. The pieces are high quality, comfortable, yet affordable (wait, how can they be all 3?). If you are in the Atlanta area, stop into this place - they also have a discounted warehouse full of furniture for sale called Savvy Snoot.
