This is genuinely one of my favorite spots in all of Atlanta. It’s the #1 place I bring friends and family when they’re in town, and everyone loves it. The steak taco is incredible and Al pastor taco comes with pineapple chunks on it which feels hard to at other restaurants in the area. The fried shrimp taco is always fried so perfectly. I come frequently and never once has the food been anything but amazing. On top of the food being as good as it is, the service is always above and beyond. They are SO FAST, I wait in fast food lines longer than waiting for my Tuza. And despite how fast it comes out, it anlways tastes so fresh. Most of the time, ordering to getting your meal takes less than 4-5 minutes. Everyone there is so nice, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is good. I’ve never encountered such a nice, speedy, and thoughtful staff. I really cannot recommend Tuza enough. I would give even more stars if it was possible. Photos below include the steak, fried shrimp, classic, birria, and al pastor.

Based on the ratings I had high hopes. Maybe we were there when the team was having an off night. Our experience: Poor service and bland tacos and salsa. Came in and the cashier seemed more interested in what was on TV than taking our order. There was an assistant or food expediter (brought food from the kitchen to the table) and her attitude was terrible. We asked about what was on a taco we ordered and she said it was whatever is on the menu and if we wanted something different we should have asked. Unnecessary poor attitude and customer service. The tacos were close to flavorless even with chimichurri, and tasted bland. We also had salsa which would be classified as pico de gallo. Mostly heavy lime and salt and not remarkable. The decor of the restaurant was pretty cool. The service was poor. This was both a waste of our time and money.

Consistently one of our favorite local stops, thanks to Jason for great food and drinks in a very fun creative environment. Favorite neighborhood stop for quick simple and consistently good food. Great outdoor dining and very dog friendly. Jason was very creative during COVID with changing his business to outdoors and opening the takeaway from the downstairs entrance. Just steps from parking. The menu offers options for everyone including us vegetarians. Try the veggie bowl or veggie taco, plenty of black beans, avocado, fresh lettuce, tomato, onions and cheese. Tom loves the fish taco and the steak taco. A wide selection of margaritas. Very attentive staff. There is a small dinning room but we have been having too much fun outside so it has been over 2 years since this family dined indoors. Like if helpful. #dogfriendly

Title: A Night to Remember at Tuza Taco - Exceptional Food & Hospitality!

Last week, my fraternity chapter had the pleasure of dining at Tuza Taco in Atlanta, and I can't rave enough about the incredible experience we had! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service that continued throughout our meal.

The atmosphere at Tuza Taco is vibrant and inviting, making it the perfect backdrop for enjoying some of the best tacos we've ever had. Each dish we tried was meticulously crafted, packed with bold and authentic flavors that left us craving more. Not only were the tacos a standout, but the other menu items we sampled were equally delectable.

What truly set our experience apart, though, was the gracious hospitality of the owner. In a gesture of generosity, they offered our group a complimentary bottle on the house, which truly made our evening unforgettable. It's not every day that you come across such kindness and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome.

The entire staff at Tuza Taco went above and beyond to accommodate our group and ensure we had a memorable dining experience. We left with full bellies and grateful hearts, knowing we'll definitely return in the future.

If you're looking for fantastic food, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, look no further than Tuza Taco in Atlanta. We can't recommend it highly enough and will be eagerly telling our friends and family about this gem of a restaurant.

Don't waste your time or money, spare your mouth and don't support a disrespectful store owner.

Decided to try a new taco place as opposed to the 5 other favorites we regular. Wouldn't return. First, the price is a bit steep, especially considering it's store bought tortillas and cheap quality meat.

Our tacos came, pork belly was good, fish taco was fine. Steak taco I thought was an accidental ground beef, but no, it was steak, but it was quite gristly, and not seasoned well. Same goes for the chicken taco. As for the queso (if you can call it that), it tasted like a version of kraft Mac n cheese. Chips were fine. Nothing to write home about.

Initially I was going to rate this a 2/5, then I started reading how "business owner Jason" responds to negative reviews. We'll never go again. Honestly it's sad how a business owner is openly berating customers public ally is just inexcusable. I understand, customers can be wrong, but if the way you treat customers is so rude, I feel terrible for your workers. I've worked at plenty of restaurants and seen plenty of bad reviews, and any time, the owner would be kind, invite the customer to a free meal on the house to discuss how they might see it better.

Now I guess I'll wait patiently to get...
