I was asked to review this store by my followers. As I went into the store. There was a few signs posted but nothing about an upcharge on using your credit card. This I found out later on not really impressed with the store or the prices as this is a second-hand store.. Throughout the store found clothes to be stained and ripped. Again, I'm not very impressed with that, especially for the prices that were being charged. But I do support small businesse, so I did buy 2 pairs of overalls that came up to $116. Then I also found out that there was an upcharge did not see this until later on when I looked at the receipt. When I did call in about. It I was informed then that yes, there was an upcharge and there is a sign (which there is not a sign.) I did go back and look at the video and there is no sign posted. . So if you're going to shop at this location. I strongly suggest look at the clothes thoroughly and check your bank account before. You actually enter into this location. You're better off shopping at another 2nd hand store. Better prices and better service. Staff seems to have a slight edge to their attitudes, not sure.š¤ Why. But none the less.
See you guys on the next review. Also golden rule applies to the owner of this location. You never know who's going to walk into your location and do a review. I have seen some of your posts. Please watch your words. This is the WEB and you can damage you own business by being mean to others. This is my opion of your location....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to the little five points location in Atlanta and spotted a hat that I was interested in purchasing. I had actually been looking for a similar hat with no luck at a number of stores that I generally frequent. From the moment I touched the hat, I was stalked around the store by the associates. At first, I assumed the sales were commission-based and the associates simply wanted to be the person to lock-in the sale. But I literally could not move around the store without an associate ācoincidentallyā appearing next to me. My friend, on the other hand, managed to make her way around the store, picking up multiple items, without even once being accosted or asked if she needed help. I could not even try the hat on in the mirror without an associate standing behind me. When attempting to get a second of privacy so I could actually look at myself in the mirror without being leered at, I opened a dressing room door and was promptly asked āwho I was looking forā by another associate. I immediately put the hat back and my friend and I left the store. Iām sure the associates thought their relentless harassment thwarted a potential shoplifter, but they actually just turned away a paying customer. I found the same hat on Amazon, and it was ten...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePSA: this is not a Goodwill or just another secondhand/thrift storeāplease stop expecting it to be. Come here if you want a selection of solely authentic vintage pieces (mostly 1980s or earlier). Everything is āold-fashionedā because even their youngest pieces are almost half a century old. Ultra-pristine garments of that kind of age are rarities and, if in stock, will not be cheap no matter your retailer, so youāll have to forgive this place for having some less than mint-condition pieces and prices higher than the typical clothing store. They are already quite generous with discounting from stains or other surface-level defects. You absolutely can craft some modern-day looks with these pieces, but please do not come in expecting them to cater toward a āregularā trendy look.
That being said, the authenticity of the garments sold here is impressive. Pricing is very logical and will vary not only based on quality but on age. Everything I have bought here has been excellent and beautifully unique, and the staff are pleasant. The store is easy to navigate and organized well, so shopping here has never felt too...
