A BRIDE'S DREAM COME TRUE!!!! I can't possibly put into words what Haley had done for me. What started out as bride's worst nightmare was quickly turned around by Haley!!! I purchased my original dress online and was just going to get it altered. Three months before my wedding I went to a local seamstress who basically told me my dress was not able to be altered and what I had wanted done to it was impossible. Tears and panic ensued. I quickly started calling around to bridal studios and Haley was so empathetic. She gave me the name and number of a new seamstress and didn't put any pressure on me to buy a new dress. I told her I still wanted to look in case it actually couldn't be done. Haley was so warm and welcoming, tried on a few dresses didn't have my "moment", you know the one where you know you found THE dress. Then Haley pulled a dress off the mannequin in the window tried it on and immediately was like "this is my dress" 🥹 she got it custom size ordered and rushed for me and had my dress in hand in a matter of just a few weeks. Whisked it off to alterations (from her approved seamstress lol) and was wedding ready two weeks before our big day. I started looking for my wedding dress way too late and had only one month before entering this shop. I wasn't even able to find appointments anywhere and was just passing by when I saw their sign saying "appointments, mostly." I walked in, and Haley was extremely welcoming and helpful. I was in a rush, looking for a sample dress to buy and walk out, but Haley told me it was possible to get the dress I really liked custom-made for me.

She actually did get it done in time, but when the dress arrived, the fit didn't work. I was very upset and frustrated with only 2 weeks left to my wedding with no wedding dress ready. But Haley took full responsibility, arranged an appointment with the designer herself, and made sure that the dress was made perfect super fast.

I was not only grateful for her help but also very impressed by her attitude in fixing problems and making sure that her customer is happy. I've always admired people who are doing their job right and with passion, and Haley was a great example of that! She not only saved my wedding day but also inspired me deeply. 1000%...
