Title: Amazing Remake of the Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso!

I visited this location today after a less-than-great experience at another Starbucks where the barista struggled to make the Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso. If you’re a regular, you know how tricky it can be to find someone who truly perfects this drink! I want to emphasize that I completely understand how challenging it can be to master such a nuanced recipe, so I really value the effort all baristas put into their work—even if they’re still learning. Your service is always appreciated!

That said, today was an incredible experience. The staff were in such good spirits and truly went above and beyond. The cashier, a lovely person wearing glasses (sorry I didn’t catch her name!), was incredibly kind and immediately addressed our concerns. She brought the issue to the attention of a highly skilled barista with blonde hair (again, wish I got her name!), who handled the remake with care and kindness. Before I left, she even double-checked with me to make sure it looked right—and it absolutely did!

This was, hands down, the best Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso I’ve ever had. To top it off, they even gave us a $4 gift card for our next drink, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

First off, I always hate ordering at Starbucks compared to Dunkin' Donuts. Starbucks has special names for cup sizes, so I always feel awkward saying medium or large. The beverages, such as black hot coffee, are scalding and can burn you on contact. They put a little stopper in the lid to keep it hot, which feels like a recipe for trouble.Instead of calling out my name, I had to find my drinks and food on a huge counter with other people touching my drinks before I did and then saying "my bad" when they realized their mistake. Gross. This place is definitely not suitable for bringing a first client for an introductory meeting. Moreover, the store is hard to get to, not easily accessible off and on the main roads.Overall, my experience at this Starbucks was quite disappointing. After waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes, we requested that our drinks be remade, as we assumed they had cooled during the wait. This request seemed to trigger an unprofessional response from the associate, Anejo. When I provided my name for the order, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. After repeating my name, Anejo sighed audibly and summoned another associate to assist us.

The interaction was uncomfortable, and I felt disrespected. Consequently, I chose to leave without my order, concerned that the beverages might be mishandled.
