This location is GROSS we order from chipotle about every other week (If not weekly) our family absolutely loves chipotle (generally). as a family of 4 we rarely walk away for less than $60/$70 dollars a visit. Which makes how awful this location is even more frustrating. It’s always filthy, nothing ever seems to be stocked, we have never (not ONCE) received our order w/out something missing, or part of our order being completely wrong all together. The staff is rude & unhelpful. You can’t even get your money back, items comped, or maybe even a gift card for next time you visit for orders that are received messed you have to call some (800) number or go to their website for help/complaints. Which is absurd who has time for that!!? We always end up just getting screwed because we don’t care to spend our time jumping through hoops for missing chips & queso, or fountain drinks that are just carbonated water because the syrup has run out & no one cares to check or change it…. ect ect I could go on & on. We keep using this location souly because it is the closest to us by miles, & as I said we ❤️ chipotle. Even the management makes you cringe. We once witnessed a manager yell at, or reprimand rather an employee who was literally the only employee actually visibly working… cleaning, as well as helping us. About something so trivial & unimportant it embarrassed US!! It even made our 10 year old son uncomfortable. A 10 year old noticed & knew this was wrong & not how you should treat people.. It was SO ridiculous, & out of line. Read moreYesterday was National Burrito day. My daughter wanted to get a steak burrito bowl, so I took her to her favorite locations, Mansfield. Oh, yesterday we were not happy at all. She placed her order, and I was dead. Gentleman is making it. He said, "Oh, we only have half an order of steak." He said, but I can put chicken for you, and I told her. No, that's not what you want. He said, "Well, we can give you the half order of steak." And I said, no, you're gonna charge you the full price. I said, "How long is it gonna be for the stake to be done?" He said, "Oh, about 10 minutes." I said we'll wait, so he puts her bowl. Assig and said, "Okay, I said, no, we're not gonna take that order." You gonna have it, sit out bacteria, get in it. I was just not happy. It's the second time I've been in there and not pleased very dirty. Last time, the gentleman was opening the burritos in front of us he ripped the package open with his mouth and then was serving them just not very hygienic or clean. Nobody wears hairnets in there, their hairs hanging all out over the Brims of their visors. They just need to have real good training on workplace regulations around the handling of food,wearing hairnets, gloves, and keeping the work areas always clean! Read moreHad a very negative experience with an online order. I got there right when my order should have been ready. The order wasn't ready and I was told it would be a "couple minutes." I stood there waiting while everyone in line for counter service had their orders taken and served. At least 20 people in line were served while I waited. Several other people came in for online orders and had to wait like I did.
After about 15 minutes, I and another person asked about the online orders again. At that point, they finally assigned someone to work on online orders. The entire time we were waiting, no employee was handling online orders but 2-3 employees were working the line, even when there was only a single customer in line for counter service. After another 5 minutes or so, I received my order.
Unfortunately, the order was also incorrectly made. The food was under-portioned, about half the amount that I usually receive from other Chipotle locations. This was really annoying since I could see the portions given to the customers in line for counter service were large, so I was at least hopeful that my meal would be portioned similarly. Clearly, I was wrong. The guacamole was also browned and tasted horrible, probably because it had been sitting out while no one did the pickup orders for upwards of 15-20 minutes.
