Erin is your must-see go-to girl on Saturday’s and Sunday’s!!! A year ago I saw their last Mirella Medium Rainbow Logo Tote Bag behind the counter making my own purchase. Unfortunately it was reserved and I could not get it at the time. Erin surprised me with a text a few days ago - a picture of that very same bag. I couldn’t believe it!!! She let me know it was back in and of all the current sales and promotions they were running. The next day I was in a mad dash to get to the store to take a look at the pride collection. Once I got there, I had a hard time making a decision of which one to get because they were all so beautiful. Erin was more than happy to help, very thorough and detail oriented - going over the many features of all the different bags in the collection with me. She went above and beyond, even bringing different straps over to explore my options. I ended up sticking with my gut and getting the Mirella Medium Rainbow Logo Tote Bag, walking out with a bonus wristlet to match! I am more than pleased with my purchase, actually obsessed! I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Michael Kors store located at 4064 Baldwin Rd Suite 226, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. I purchased a pair of Michael Kors shoes from another Michael Kors outlet location, but unfortunately, they were the wrong size. When I called the store to inquire about an exchange, I was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional clerk.
During my first call, the clerk seemed somewhat helpful, but as soon as they realized that I needed to change the shoe size, their attitude took a sharp turn for the worse. They became dismissive and uncooperative. What shocked me the most was that after this initial call, they outright refused to answer any of my subsequent calls.
This level of customer service is not what I expected from a brand like Michael Kors. It's disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior from a store that prides itself on luxury and quality. I hope Michael Kors takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these issues to ensure a better shopping experience...

Everyone keeps talking about how judging people is wrong and no one should "judge a book by its cover" but this place does exactly that! My husband went to this location to buy a christmas gift for me. We share everything and my husband shared this story with me! I will never visit this location EVER. We may not look like we have money but hunny let me tell you we do! They treated my husband like a low life and unwelcomed him here! Consistently making comments about payment and if he could actually "afford that item" also followed him and my child around like they were about to make off with items! First rule of customer service is NEVER make the customer feel unwelcomed! I will be contacting cuatomer service as soon as the holiday is over. My sister also had the same experience in this location and she planned on buying plenty of things!
