This is not a reflection on Gap Outlet, this is a reflection on a worker named Yasmi or Yasmin. She was horrible! She had the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. You can tell that she was more worried about going shopping after work instead of being at work to help the customers. She lied about Gap not honoring price adjustments from online to in-store. She belittled me for being correct about a price adjustment. I left and came back and found out I was right. While I was gone, she hid the item across the store. Thankfully a nice young women with Blondish Brown shoulder length hair, who was working displays, helped me and gave me the costumer service you should always receive. Read moreSuper crowded due to the back to school sales,the staff was friendly,but it was really hard to try and find the correct sized clothing since it looked like a hurricane came through on all the shelves, and floors. There was also a lot of unsupervised children running around so im sure even if the staff were trying to keep clothes off the floor,they werent able.
