Let’s be perfectly clear...the only reason this review has 2 stars is because of the nice sales representative that kindly assisted my fiancé with answering questions on finding a specific shirt for our upcoming engagement shoot.

However, beyond that, our experience with the tailor was awful. He was very dismissive, like he could’ve cared less for our business. He literally couldn’t look us in the eyes while talking to us. We initially inquired about the “same-day tailoring” that is posted on their sign outside of the door and his verbatim response was “....if you want to pay double, triple, I’ll do same day for you. You want to pay double?” as if we were inconveniencing him for asking. And honestly, we would’ve paid quadruple because we needed a quick turnaround time (came in on a Sunday afternoon, needed tailored suit by Friday -we explained this to him so he understood) so we thought a place offering “same day tailoring” would’ve worked perfectly. However, after further inquiring, the tailor told us it wouldn’t be ready until Thursday. Sunday afternoon to Thursday is not “same-day tailoring”. He left such a bad impression, they won’t be getting our business & I decided to write this review. So beware, this is very misleading (& dishonest) simply because that’s not what the sign says.

In short, shopping here may be a nice experience, but beware of the tailor and “same day...

OMG!!! I went in thinking I was going to just look around to see what they have. I needed 4 suits actually and within like 2 days. The lady that works in there Silvia is beyond heaven sent and amazing!!! She helped me choose suits and match what colors were perfect together and showed me all the new hottest styles. She helped me pick out a different suit for each of my sons. She helped me match all the shirts and ties. She assured me that they would be altered and ready in time. The whole time I felt that her energy was excited to be helping me and very happy that I found a suit for all four. She had a smile on her face the whole time. The suits were all ready and altered the next day! They were steamed and altered to perfection! I had so many compliments for there suits and many people asked where I got them from. Their service is beyond amazing! From service to alteration! Very fast and true to there word about when it’s going to be ready. When you go in there make sure you ask for Silvia. I will forever be...

The products look nice on the hangers but be weary of the material they are made from, at this price point the fabric used should not be polyester and some products appeared to be missing official printed tags indicating its fabric. I was disappointed to see that the overlock curved, and the thread used for it did not match the other pant thread. I was also very surprised that the pants are straight (no taper) and require extensive alterations (as opposed to a simple hem at almost every other retailer). I tried to express my concerns about the products to the sales associate/tailor that promised me "real European fit" and I was put off further by his unprofessional response and attitude, he then shoo'd me out of the store.
