I had a poor experience with the outlet customer service from the website. They sent me the wrong size phone case, and said the rest were sold out when they were still selling them off the website! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Customer service wouldn’t even connect me to an outlet store after he told me that the stores may have a few left. I had to do the leg work to find a store. Found this one in Auburn Hills and spoke with Diana. Why have I been wasting my time with the website?!? She informed me that at the store you get a 30day return policy where everything on the site is final sale. She found the case I was looking for and then proceeded to wave the shipping cost bc of my troubles. There is a lot to be said for customer service in these days where everything is becoming automated. She sent me a link to purchase the item and she was so kind and very helpful. I will be now driving an hour out of my way just to receive this service! Diana was soooo kind and extremely helpful! Keep up the good...

So I'm very upset and rather discouraged and disappointed in kate spade in great lakes crossing. I picked up a clearance purse for 329.00 CANADIAN dollars which is roughly 260 american a little less even maybe. They had ripped off the us dollar sticker a marked over the Canadian dollar sticker w a 269.99 clearance tag!!! Which is 10 dollars or more than the original price tag!
