Several times have I been to this establishment since it's opened, and IN STORE, it's really freaking good! The staff is super attentive, the food is always so delicious, and everything is CLEAN. There's one main downfall, and it's the drive-thru.

Now, I've only gone to it once (tonight 10/4 at around 9:30PM) and the girl working the drive thru did NOT want to be there whatsoever. I had ordered a kids' meal, and before I could continue, she cut me off and told me to pull forward to pay. It was SUCH a bad response that even my FOUR YEAR OLD said she sounded mean. When I called out two more times, she audibly groaned and could tell she was annoyed. She started speaking faster to me and more forceful. While waiting for the order, she wouldn't even look at the person in front of me and just stood there waiting for orders, and it just looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but work. When I got there, she pushed all the food onto me, grabbed my card, waited for me to finish putting my food on my passenger seat, and closed the drive-thru door.

I would have filed a formal complaint, but I didn't get a chance to even ask for my receipt. Extremely poor service on her end. As someone who's been in the restaurant industry for over 9 years, this girl is by far the worst employee I've ever come across and she WILL be the downfall of your excellent reviews in terms of service.

Due to this, to other customers, I highly recommend going inside over the drive thru. A suggestion to the restaurant, I recommend terminating this employee or reprimand her if this is how she acts towards all of your customers. If I had this experience as a first-time customer, I 100% would NOT...

Wanted to try the new spot in town. We heard great things. Reviews were decent. I ordered two orders of shrimp tacos, no Chipotle Mayo. My wife had a burrito.

When my wife ordered her burrito the young woman asked what kind of meat she wanted. My wife responded with "beef" and the young lady decided to use the opportunity to up-charge to Carne Asada without saying anything to us...which i let it slide.

Having worked in the food industry for the better part of 2 decades and most of those years as a chef...you pick up some Spanish. Not enough to have a full conversation, but enough to make you uncomfortable around a restaurant full of Spanish speaking people when you bring food back that was made wrong.

The attitude I got from everyone BUT the young lady that took my order...including what I can only assume was a lead or manager, was ridiculous. And I heard the young lady say over the microphone they call orders to the kitchen with, "Sin salsa".

It's over priced and I cam honestly say that with my personal experience I will never give them my business again and I feltblike they took advantage of me and my wife...you can use your imagination as to why...

If you don't speak Spanish and they don't give you what you ordered...bring someone that does and have them translate...it is interesting what the staff and even some.of the customers will say when they think you don't...

I want to start off by saying I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but I gave them a chance to fix the mishap and this is what I came home with. I originally ordered 3 enchiladas regular with chicken and no cheese as ( I am allergic to dairy and gluten and this causes severe stomach issues) i ordered an Al pastor taco, chicken taco and beef carne asada taco on corn tortillas as I cannot have flour, also ordered 4 Al pastor tacos ( those came as they were supposed too) I confirmed my order with special requests and asked her to ensure there was no cheese on my food and I was told it had none so I go home and I find my order of tacos on flour tortillas with only chicken and beef no Al pastor, and also cheese on my enchiladas. I called and asked them to fix this re explaining why it’s important and she told me to come through the drive through and she would fix it. I came and was brought out an order and this is what I got. Cheesy tostada cheesy enchiladas and chicken with beans and cheese that I never even ordered. I’ve tried to give this restaurant multiple opportunities to fix this as this is the third time I’ve had them put cheese on food I’ve specifically said not too.
