I probably spend 1000.00 a year in this store but I have spent my last dime. I purchased 4 sweatshirts for my wife at Christmas. We were out of town at Christmas and of the 4 there was 1 that she did not want. Because of Covid concerns and some personal issues I was not able to bring the item back for a refund untill today. While the young man was very nice, he stated that I had waited too long to return this item and that "they" would not allow him to scan the barcode for the refund. Now I understand this to a point but I am sure that this could have been handled and that I could have recieved my refund. I would expect a little understanding after the last year we have all had. This is only a $60.00 item and I can assure you that I will be taking the other $940.00 that I would have spent at Alumni Hall this year to another local store.
