Taco Bell — Restaurant in Auburn

This is going to be a long review, so please bear with me. I placed my order on the Taco bell app and had no issues with the app. The order stated to come in and pick up, so I arrived at the store to pick up. I told the cashier I had placed my order, and they confirmed it had been received. I make my drinks and go sit down, fifteen minutes later, confused, I go up to check on my order. The cook at the end of the line informs me he does have the order and he's working on it. I then go back, sit down again, watching various others receiving their orders, waiting on my name to be called. after another 15 minutes the cashier comes back to check on me, wondering why I haven't gotten my order, and goes to check, and apparently my order was missing from the lineup, so she replaces the order for me, after another fifteen minutes of waiting, I finally decide I've had enough and decide to cancel the order, only to find that the money has ALREADY been taken out of my bank, and that the order is marked as completed. I return to the cashier, who gets her manager, who tells me a DoorDash individual came to pick up the order for me, and they're remaking it for me. I FIND THIS VERY ODD, considering I was in their lobby the entire time. and not once was my name called out by either Taco Bell representatives, or Doordash individuals. After an hour of waiting, my order was finally completed, but I had already very much lost the desire of the food. I don’t know why I keep coming back. This is continuously the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly rude whenever you ask for anything. I’ve spent multiple times in the drive thru sitting at the speaker just trying to order for a minimum of 10 minutes. I was there around 2 o clock on a Sunday, and was told to wait to order, not asked. Then when all of the cars in front of me had made it through the drive thru, we waited for five more minutes and still hadn’t been prompted to order so I politely said “Excuse me? Will we be able to order soon? I noticed the cars have left the drive thru ahead of us” to which i the worker rudely responded with “We TOLD you to wait. There’s a lot going on in here and if you have a problem with that you can move on.” And this is only one instance of horrible service. I have been asked multiple times to wait at the payment window whenever there’s a rush, and I get basically forgotten about. I have worked multiple drive thrus for fast food restaurants, and I know that they can be challenging, especially when there’s a rush. However, the things I’ve dealt with at this Taco Bell have been problems I never ever had working at understaffed fast food restaurants. The workers here are just genuinely rude and have no care for efficiency. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs and spend the extra ten minutes driving to the one on South...

I’ve never given a review to anything in my life before. But I’m so enraged with how consistently awful this Taco Bell is that I cannot sit by and let clueless, innocent first-timers subject themselves to this level of atrocity. If I could give it zero stars, I would. You’ll have to wait in line for potentially HOURS. No joke. And they might just close while you’re waiting. So you may not even get your food. Plus even if you manage to get your food, the quality and service are equally god awful. From the bottom of my heart, I have never had a worse fast food experience in my entire life. And I’ve been called slurs at a Popeye’s before. I would experience that a 1000 times rather than come back here even ONE more time. If I’m dying in the streets, and this Taco Bell is the only available source of food, I will spend my last fleeting moments crawling to the one on South College. Go to another location, there are 2 more in the Auburn area that are much better. I hope everyone involved with this location is fired immediately. In the meantime, imma make a petition to get this place shut down for the well-being of all Auburn residents...
