Tried my best to give this place the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. Purchased a Kenmore washer dryer set along with an L couch in May 2016. 1 of the recliners on the L couch broke within 1 week. Had it sent in for repairs and took 8 MONTHS to fix. After 1 month of owning the dryer, the heating element stopped working. They gave me a replacement which worked fine but told me to expect my dryer back in 1 month max. 10 MONTHS LATER I received my original dryer back. At that time i paid off the washer and dryer. Worked fine for 2 months before running into the exact same issue. Called 1 month ago and they told me to check my vent/make sure nothing is clogged. Ok, had my maintenance guy take a look and he said everything is completely fine and the issue is with the dryer. Called back today, guy said I had a 2 yr warranty but i needed to contact Kenmore to get the issue resolved. Ok so i did that as well but they said that Buddys was responsible for it not them. Call Buddys back, guy says let me look into it. Called me back an hour later and said sorry nothing they can do. To recap, I paid for a dryer that I received 3 months total use from because Buddys couldn't get it repaired in a timely manner which in turn cost me my manufacture warranty.    Read moreI have had the worse experience with Buddy's Furnishings in general, first I signed my documents in the federal way location hoping for my couch within a week or two. No, I didn't recieve my couch for 3 weeks and then when I finally paid I still didn't get my couch. So, I requested my money back the manager was very unprofessional wouldn't give me my money back mind you didn't give me my contract, I had to call district manager he then transferred my account to the auburn location. And there I still have problems before in federal way I was told my last payment would be July now in auburn I'm being told August. Never given a date, so I thought my normal payment date. Come to find out they want me to pay over $100 more than my normal payment to payoff the couch which I was never told by the district manager when I confirmed when my last payment was due.    Read moreWhen we first went in, they made promises. They sounded great. When they delivered the furniture, late I may add, they forgot a piece. When I called in, they said they would bring it that night. They no showed. I had to call in the next day again. When they brought the piece, the delivery guys wanted to just drop it off still in the box and not assembled. Then he wanted to just drop it in the living room, instead of the bedroom upstairs. Now I'm trying to get them to pick up the furniture, and they didn't show up yesterday. I had to call in today because he said was going to call this morning with a time. I called him at noon. He told me they would make it a priority and be here at 1:00 pm. It's now 2:00pm and they aren't here, haven't called.
