When in to look at cople things with my family that came for vacation had some things been wanting to try needed crown Rom vodka. And bourbon was looking at the borbon behind the counter. The manager said you can't try them that's for legit customers I said what like I couldn't belive what I was hearing. He repeated by saying only for legit. Customers. So I said OK my daughter had some things on the counter and my sister and brother couldn't belive what he said nether. My sister ends up telling me that he was rude to them the day before and they was following them the entire time they was there. I decided to turn around and leave the merchandise on the counter and not to finish getting the liquor we was wanting. I'm so upset that we was treated in this manner and maybe the manager felt treated cause we was all speaking Spanish. This came from the actual manager himself. I would like to speak...

I have never been to a Gay’s before so the Auburn store was our introduction to the chain. As I entered I was immediately greeted. I had a few questions about the promotions, what types of bourbon they carry, as well as their barrel pics. Misty, the manager at the store took her time to explain all about Gays, answer my questions, and just demonstrated warm hospitality we don’t usually see in a liquor store but hope to get. They are now our first stop in our bourbon hunts before we go anywhere even though they are 30 mins away from me. The rest of the staff are amazingly friendly and kind as well. They make it feel like a neighborhood store and not a chain. If you want to be surrounded by friendly honest people, then this is the spot. They have a great selection of liquor and they will try and find what they don’t have. Tell Misty she was recommended and she will take good...

The way their condescending clerk treated my wife was unacceptable!!! When my wife asked for a pen to fill out a lottery form the clerk didn't simply hand one to her, she stabbed her in the palm of her hand with it!!! If she had drawn blood from my wife you would know all about this already? You see there would have been a Police Report filed!!!!!

Needless to say we didn't spend anything in this store. My wife and I simply looked at each other and left the store. That was over 4 years ago. I have only been back to their store only to file a complaint.

We will NEVER spend anything with Gay's!!!!!!! Too bad too, they had a pretty good inventory for Single Malts and Cognacs.
