Truth be told, the happies days in my life were inside a gym sparring with my teamates. Your mind and body entering a state of flow where you could be fully aware while also steping away from reality. Where time moved differently, emotions were simple and primal and nothing outside existed. All while having your opponent looking to shut downyour nervus system with a physical transfer of energy traveling from the ground, up through every fiber in the body, finally making its way out your fist and into the most delicate part of the human anatomy. It was like playing chess while dancing with the devil all while trying to avoid stepping on his toes. Miss those days. ✌🏼#ringdemons #ringdemon #boxing🥊 #boxeo #sparring #hardsparring #fyp #foryoupage #mma #ufc #muaithai #karate #juijitsu #foryou #paratii #paratiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

I came to Ring Demon because I wanted to learn martial arts for self-defense and build confidence. What I got from Ring Demon was more than I could imagine. Other schools will tell you what to think and which moves to do. However, Coach Eric's approach to martial arts is different—it is philosophical. Eric will teach you proper technique and most importantly, teach you how to think. The things you learn here in one year will allow you to be competitive with guys with more than twice your experience. This is the best place to be after school and/or work. Everyone who comes here can vouch for how Eric has changed their life for the better; his passion for martial arts inspires you to be the best version of yourself. If you want to push yourself to grow in a safe environment, this is the place to be. I have been coming to Ring Demon for almost 6 years and plan to be a student for life. Fighting is not a requirement here but showing up with a growth mindset is. Looking forward to seeing the next generation of community leaders continue to grow at Ring Demon!

I really hate that I have to write this review but Eric's behavior toward my kids really was unprofessional and actually seemed to come out of nowhere. My son started training here last year some time and has been going usually Monday, Tues, and Thursdays. A few months in, we had the rest of the kids join, 3 daughters. In total we had enrolled 4 kids but the oldest girl works alot so she would only attend sometimes. I wasn't there during the original arrangement between their dad and Eric, one of the owners but My understanding was $170 per month for all of the kids to attend. Like I said, the youngest 3 regularly attended. I usually would go and sit up in the waiting area and do my homework or read a book. The kids seemed to really enjoy it and participated like the rest of the kids. Eric NEVER pulled either of us to the side with any concerns EVER. He never mentioned any of them being distracted or not participating because we would have nipped that in the bud immediately. My spouse is very serious when it comes to kids behaving in public b/c they represent us & their family & we will not allow disobedient behavior. That said, last week we dropped them off and park out front & Eric tells my son that we havnt paid him in 4 MONTHs. My son returns to the car to tell my SHOCKED & SUPRISED SPOUSE and at that time he digs in his wallet and gives my son ALL THE CASH in his wallet at the time. Our daughter then calls from inside saying that Eric is telling them we are trying to scam him. WTF?? Hes having this dialogue with CHILDREN. A man that teaches children should know better than to address finances or payment with a kid. Next thing, if we have been coming weekly & sitting inside the gym DURING CLASS, why would this man not come & say something to us? Something like "hey, I have not gotten a payment?" Something like "hey, that card you provided in the beginning has been declining for the last 4 months?" I mean, why are you providing us a service & have not gotten paid but allow them to come in 3-4 times a week to participate in class still? My spouse got his wallet stolen some months back & had to turn off all of his cards & I now assume one of these were linked to the classes that we paid for to Ring Demon. Its a simple conversation, that's all! My spouse went in to talk with him and at that time Eric is saying our kids don't want to be there and they are distracted & that he wishes us the best. That is the first and last conversation we have ever had about any of this. We were both completely confused & lost. We literally come sit here 3 to 4 days a week, within 10 feet of Eric & the kids in the class & all of the sudden we get this weird sh**. The money was not the issue then if he suddenly is saying the kids dont want to be there. What was the real problem? I am not sure but I do know this, this guys def not on that Namaste & peace be with you he TRYs to portray. He is a fraud. He clearly needs to work on his communication skills and probably do an updated business course as well. If you wait months for people to pay you without mentioning anything, how will your business thrive & generate $$$. We will find another place for them to do activities but I can't respect...

Ring Demon was recommended to me by one my brothers friends that is now also my friend. He had trained at RIng Demon for ten years. At that time I was training Judo at another school. I remember my first day ,ten or so years ago. Eric Dalhberg (the coach ) was fighting as well as teaching us at the academy. From day one he always was there making sure I felt at home and looked out for me. Even when he was busy training UFC fighters. Back then I didn’t know any boxing technique, jujitsu/judo technique, wrestling technique or kickboxing technique. Now I do, and I have the most amazing friends ever. I’ve seen so many people transform into amazing people here at Ring Demon as well as very well rounded fighters with advanced techniques combining all of the above mentioned skills whether you are training for real life brutal street fighting to protect yourself on the street from real life threats or training to become the Next...
