I used to goto this coffee shop for years before turning into daily dose my drinks were perfect every time now everytime I come there are always different workers sometimes good mostly bad today had to be the worst though. 1. The batista informed me they don't put an extra shot in their americanos and my iced Americano had about 2 inches of room I informed her I was a batista for 15 years and never heard of that so I paid for the extra shot to fill my cup. 2. My shots were soooo terribly burnt I couldn't even drink it. 3. I also got a sugar free redbull drink half sweet that was so ridiculously sweet I had to pour in a larger cup and add another can of redbull and it was still super sweet.

However the girl was super nice just don't think she was properly trained and that's seems to be alot of the girls at this location because unfortunate this is only 1 on many drinks I've had to throw out immediately after buying from here.
