We’re thrilled with our new wallbed! I had high expectations, and the final product and installation exceeded those expectations. It’s more beautiful and functional than anticipated. We’re also confident it added to the value of our home, converting a den, making it a 3-bedroom home instead of 2-bedroom.

The un-stained Cherry wood is gorgeous, the bed is comfortable, the closet space is more than adequate, it looks beautiful in the room, and we couldn’t be happier. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped with our design, sales/order and installation. Jay dropped what he was doing and patiently and attentively dealt with our needs or questions every time we called or arrived at the showroom. Gary kindly offered us a tour of the facility, which we found fascinating and were so impressed by. Andy worked with us on every detail to the get the design just right, matching what we needed and wanted. Seth and Abrey did a great job on installation: they were easy to have in our home as they were friendly, technically competent, respectful and completed the work in a timely manner. And cleaned up nicely afterwards!

We moved a few months ago and contacted Northwest Closets to design and install the closets for our new home. We used Northwest Closets to design the excellent closet systems in our last home, so for our new home, I did not bother to contact other companies for bids. I asked for similar closet designs for our new house, as our former systems were attractive, high quality, and beautifullyl functional. I appreciated that the designer and the installers made sure to work with me for specific requests I had, such as the height of the upper hang bar and the depth of the drawers. The designer and I did a few tweaks in the process, and the results are excellent. The company offers a wide variety of materials for their custom closets. I chose a light grey/white with darker grey (faux) wood grain because my master closet doesn't have natural light, and I wanted to use a light-reflective tone. New since Northwest Closets did the closets for our former house are soft close drawers, which are now standard. Custom closet systems are a big investment, so I chose a company which gives great value and which stands by its work. It is a local company started by the current owner's dad, who designed the closets in my former house (but has since retired). I highly recommend Northwest Closets...
