Tang Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Audubon

Yesterday my wife and I had a late dinner here. My second time there. Her first. I suggested it based on the first time I ate there. It’s the kinda joint I like. The food is excellent! No joke. Lot foods you can choose. The soup was glistening. & rich. The duck leg was savory and it’s skin had just the right amount of crispiness. The chow mein is big pile of pan fried noodles sitting in a deep dish of thick pork & fermented black bean sauce. With chunks of roasted spare ribs,and theres lot of seafood for you. Very tasty, fresh. Though the menu says it’s spicy I couldn’t decerne any hotness in the my order. So, I asked for two small dishes of hot chili souce to add to the dish. I used all of the chili. I probably could have used a third dish of hot chili oil, but that’s just me liking my food extremely spicy.

We were there really late, the restaurent almost closed,and there's only few sushi on the show table, but the service is really nice , she went back to the kitchen, ask the chef made some for us, not lot, but enough for both of us.

I didn't feel too comfortable with two employees staring me down the whole time I ate. I felt too tense to even chew. Don't give me boobah eyes the whole time I'm here. Also, I felt bad for another group of people that came in asking for a booth, and the guy refused to give them one because he didn't feel like opening that section. When checking out, my friend was paying separate. We had one lady that tried getting her to pay for the whole bill. We explained five times she was paying for her. We had another lady come and did the same thing, then threw her hand in the air basically like forget about it and got the manager. & I won't lie, I told her 'throw your hand in the air again b!t

I was a patron yesterday (5/6/24) around 2ish. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a host that wasn’t so friendly. I still decided to dine there. While I was getting my first plate along with my 5 year old daughter I noticed the food was kind of cold and the workers were running about in a frenzy. I was then notified that the health department was there. I identified the individual and conversed with her, as a person who works in the industry I take these things VERY SERIOUSLY! She told me that they did NOT pass their standard health inspection. This made me feel uncomfortable. So I flagged down our server and told her I was ready to settle up and that’s what I did. I posted this to warn other people about the situation going down at this place. Aside from horrible service they are not keeping up to health code and for that me or my family will NEVER return to this establishment! Furthermore I would like a full refund. They knew exactly what was going on and they said NOTHING! Got my money and tip and acted like things were good, all the while they failed their inspection!...
