I tried to give this place a second chance. I ordered off of DoorDash. My choice was D8- com chein Tom (see photo for reference) tofu with vegetables and wide rice noodles. My order arrived but was wrong. I received fried rice with shrimp. I called the restaurant and explained over the phone what happened. I was put on hold and another person answered. I explained a 2nd time, I ordered Tofu with rice noodles and was given fried rice with shrimp. They told me the menu is wrong on door dash and they could remake it if I want to come pick it up. I ordered delivery from the start, because I didn’t want to leave the house, but I said ok to picking it up. When I arrived, they had their own menu book out and ready. They told me that they would go over the menu, to which I replied “I don’t need to go over your menu, I know what I ordered”. They brought out my order and IT WAS WRONG AGAIN! They had given me fried rice with tofu. I explained this is not what I ordered and showed them the screen shot of my order with the menu description. The person at the front apologized and said they would tell the kitchen again to make my order. When they came back, they had their manager on speaker phone and the manager wanted to talk to me. I asked why they need to speak with me, since the problem is being fixed. They said the manager wants to talk with me anyway. Since it was on speaker I asked what they wanted. Owner told me they made the right order (shrimp fried rice) and the translation on the doordash menu is wrong. I asked the manager if they make the menu for doordash, they said yes, so I told them they should be checking their menu for errors before they submit it. They still tried to argue with me about what I ordered saying I chose this option. There is no option to choose on doordash for this, you just click it and add to cart. I eventually told the owner it’s not my problem the doordash menu is wrong and not proofread, I would like what I paid for. After 1hr of chaos and arguing with the customer about the incorrect menu description, I got my meal and peaced out of there. I will not be back, not worth the headache or terrible...
Read moreIt was my second visit. visited with my wife around 5:30 p.m. yesterday.
Went there with the introduction of my boss, and was satisfied with the food and atmosphere at my first visit. (Boss you did good)
First, the cold water cup was put on the table, and ordered two kinds of Pho noodle, summer roll, and hot tea.
The summer roll came out first. We ate deliciously. And Pho noodles came out and ate it deliciously.
After eating almost all of the Pho, I realized that the hot tea we ordered was not served yet. Since I'm almost done eating, I just gave up the tea. Then I was thirsty, so I picked up a cup of cold water. When I brought it close for a drink, there was a clear smudged lip mark. It's a cup I haven't even drank yet. The cup that someone used came to me without washing it properly. That's possible when you're working, understandable.
I didn't just drink it. And the check arrived, and I confirmed that the price of Hot tea that I ordered but didn't give me was added. Calling a working man, explaining, correcting the wrong amount.
When he come back with new check, I explained the lip mark with the cup on it. After apologizing in a businesslike way, the cup stuck water to the cart and put the cup in. I wanted to at least take it to the kitchen, show it, and explain it.
And when I received the receipt and looked at the adaptability of the tip, the service fee was added. I heard that there is a place where customers pay card fees, but I don't think I've seen a notice anywhere in the restaurant that says if you pay with a card, you'll pay for service blood.
Usually, any restaurant gives 20% tip minimum. But this time, I gave a 10 percent tip.
In addition, uneaten hot tea, a cup with lip marks, and an additional service blood are left with three stars excluded from the three dissatisfaction.
I came out and my wife said, "You won't come back here again, will you?" The restaurant I visited for the second time became...
