Today I chose to order ahead online(order #'s 902119, 902118, &902120) for my co workers & I so I could conveniently pick up our order while on my lunch break. When I arrived at the store my order was not ready.. which was not that big of a deal. I was handed a bag for the first order that only contained 5 out of the 7 items ordered. When I asked the taco bell employee if she could just double check the order because there were only 5 items, out of 7 she replied very rudely "I can read". I asked her why she had to get an attitude when I was just trying to make sure my co-workers food was correct she said that I was wrong & though it said there were 7 items when we checked out online, that the orders do not total up that way & I was wrong. Finally, she checked the order & realized 2 items were in fact missing.. I was handed my remaining 2 orders about 8-10 minutes later only to find out that they forgot the drink that was ordered online. I asked if they could let me know which soda was ordered online because I did not place the order the employee sighed loudly & started talking loudly about me to her co worker. I just wanted to get out of there at this point. The errors were totally on their part yet were being so disrespectful to me.. I work 15 minutes away from this location, so double checking the order at the store was crucial as I would have not been able to drive back. The employees at this location really need to learn how to treat customers.. Customer service does not include talking offensively about the customer loudly so they can hear & being so blatantly rude for no reason. I will not be ordering from this...
Read moreI loved the food. Packaged really well. Grubhub is a service into usary. Delivery charges can be almost doulble the amount of your food order if not triple. I don't mind tipping. However they decide for you what they will give the driver and therefore the driver can be paid less . This is not how our restaurant systom works. I've also had items missing from my order. I called taco bell. They apologize for the missing items and are willing to replace them. However I have to call GrubHub to return to Taco Bell and pick up the items that are missing. Then I have to pay a second charge of delivery and tip to the driver. I believe if the delivery service is the in between party of the restaurant and the customer. The restaurant should have a list that he will check the food in front of the driver to make sure that all items are on the list that are in the bag to go out for delivery. I complained 2 GrubHub they said that it is not their problem and that their drivers should'nt handle food. I agree that their drivers should not take my food out of the bag if that is a delivery policy. However, I do believe that there has to be a check and balance between the restaurant and the person that is delivering the food. As suggested above the restaurant check the list with the driver. If I have to go through all this trouble to have food redelivered then pay triple the money to eat a good lunch or dinner. I have no need of a delivery service that is not fully trained on serving the customer as well as the restaurant that they are delivering for and to. Read moreOrdered our food was told to wait in the front she bought out our food handed it to a man who walked up from behind (dumpster area) I put down my window and told her I didn't want it and that I don't know that guy. They then proceeded to just stare at me and my husband while he started actually yelling with our food in his hand. Stating he worked there yet he had no uniform on or anything showing he did. We drove off and my husband spoke to the manager over the phone. As my husband was walking in to get our refund he followed my husband inside the establishment proceeded to yell, the manager had to yell at him to stop. He then proceeded to point at me while i waited in our truck outside. That's definitely harassment and I myself will not be returning because I felt very uneasy. She apologized to my husband and gave him our refund and a few coupons. Your food should be handled between you and the customer not anyone else for health reasons.
