Used my Samsung phone to pay for my purchase and was told it would not work. After my transaction was approved the cashier held my receipt, stated they do not accept that form of payment, and made me wait for a manager. Long story short, cashier is an idiot, and needs to learn that Samsung Pay is not Apple Pay. Just another reason I only use Samsung phones, and another reason that woman was a cashier at her age. Seriously? Who holds a customer hostage after their transaction has been approved? As part of my job I go to a lot of big box stores for fire alarm and burglar alarm inspections and service and get to do that in the greater Philadelphia area I guess. The store in particular is one that is close to my house and the people that work there are always very helpful and this is just an observation I wasn't purchasing anything I used to work in retail and have a keen eye for keeping my eye out and being able to pick up on things.
