Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mount Ephraim

Service is What I hated the most every time I go there. Tonight I place an order with Tamerra for 2 orders bone out wings one garlic Parmesan, one sweet chili and a large pan pizza which is my usual order well it came out 37 mins later WRONG! Elizabeth hand me the pizza and the wings with and attitude after I told her this isn't what I paid for she stated to Alicia who works in the back to start the warmer she was to busy snacking to hear her since I walk in PIZZAHURT to the time I waited Alicia is working with the public food eating and drinking while doing so Disgusting ! Before I took the pizza to the car The managers John said I could keep the wings because they where WRONG I explained to him that Elizabeth took them and besides it was okay I would rather have my money back instead of the hassle of making more he said it was okay for me to just keep it I agreed I waited another 16 mins for the bone out when I got home open the wings it smelled like spicy habanero pepper all over the bone out wings the first bone in order was fine why would Elizabeth or Alicia pour spicy hot habenero pepper on my wings?that I was going to feed my two year old .that isn't okay to be spiteful and work for the public. I refuse to go back to PIZZAHURT where u see employees snacking on pizza while working on people's food and SPITEFULLY redoing the order Public I URGE U BEWARE Who works...

Tonight was a disappointing experience. One of the Drs at my workplace placed an order (about 8 items)and all of the items were not delivered. I called on her behalf - 6 times- and each time i was told i was being transferred to the manager and each time i was disconnected (3 times by a woman named Donna- after i told her i had already been disconnected -she disconnected me too).. I finally got a gentleman on the phone who seemed to recognize the number from the caller id because when he answered he didn't even repeat the number back to me like the previous women did. He just went straight to- ARE YOU CALLING ABOUT THE PASTA!!! when i explained that I had been disconnected 6 times, he rebutted by telling me they were short staffed (only 3 people working)... but HE NEVER APOLOGIZED.. so i asked him "are you sorry i was disconnected or are you just giving me a reason for being disconnected". He then proceeded to say sorry and say that my order would be dropped off..... Hmm.. are they going to bring me the cold item that was ordered an hour ago or make a new order? I will let you all know.. as this saga...

Handed us our food and walked away.. didn't give us plates , cups or silverware.. didn't even ask me if I needed anything.. just walked away into the back room. Resurfaced several times and rushing to the back told my husband to wait.. we had to stop the delivery driver to get some assistance..they had no forks.... smdh.. really???? Another employee left the building and retrieved a handful.. she was the most helpful employee and all she did was get me a fork..be advised if you are a place that sells food u should have things Iike plates and cups, and forks available to your customers.. I get that it's not a sit and be served establishment.. so at least have attentive employees or put out supplies for customers to get on our own ..ps. The Phone has been ringing for about 5 mins and no one is answering it.. it's just ringing and ringing.. and there is no one attending the counter.. the lobby is empty accept for my family. These employees...
