around 5:30, today, an associate by the name of Egypt, tried to assist us in placing an order, and I didn't see their very small signage that says, no 50 dollar bills or 100 dollar bills I continued making my order as it is almost done, I tried to pay and Egypt lets me know, I'm sorry, we cannot take 100 dollar bills. I said, do you mind grabbing a manager so I can speak to them.... I can't even remember the manager's name, but she definitely gave me Karen vibes I asked the manager if she could take my 100 and just confirm that it's real so I can place my order, but unfortunately, she cut me off before I could even finish speaking very rude, not sure if my big purple black lives matter earrings bothered her. But she cut me off and she told me Chick-fil-A it is policy, that it is up to the operator's discretion, so obviously she's the manager on shift, and she decided, no service will be given, I will not service you and your 2 black kids like come on, we're hungry and tired, and we just wanted to eat and continue shopping at the shopping center., keep in mind she had a horrible attitude. Also Their entire play area is no longer for the children, and it says associates only what associates are playing in a kids play space, but that's neither here nor there this chick FIL a used to be the bomb like, wow factor, always giving you that amazing experience, and unfortunately, I feel like people bring the mess that they go through at home to work, because whoever that manager was that Egypt had to work under is a piece of work definitely giving off KKK vibes, I definitely will never, ever try to spend my money with them ever again, and she's lucky that this mother trying to feed her 2 children, didn't punch her in the damn face. Now Egypt was a delight the entire time. I promise you my money from TD bank wasn't fake smh. Never even cared to help. First time going to Chick-fil-A and never did I once hear from any associate my pleasure and, you know, they usually say that and drive through a front line all that I definitely don't know what's going on in that location, but it ain't nothing but hostility
