I went on Valentine’s Day to buy my sons funko pop guys, two each. I told the salesman Ryan who was helping me that I knew which ones they wanted except for the my academia show. He helped me and I left with my receipt. My son didn’t love the guy and asked to exchange it for a different one. On February 24 ( 10 days later) w original box and receipt, was told that funko pops couldn’t be exchanged. It is not stated anywhere in store, receipt or by the salesperson who helped me despite my struggle to pick the right one that sales for these are final. This is unacceptable. Excellent Store. If you haven't been to a Gamestop in a while, they went from 90s shabby to remarkably modern. Besides the big three of Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony, They also have Razer PC parts and even some Occulus stuff. Besides that, there's also a utterly massive amount of toys and T-shirts. Decent parking, and excellent staff. Michelle helped me find a bluetooth capable controller for my emulator setup, and the ps4 controller she suggested works great. Biggest complaint with it is the faint smell of Axe Body Spray coming off it, but that's the previous owner's fault, not Gamestop.
