O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Aurora Township

I had an awful experience. I went in earlier today to purchase some sensors for my Nissan hardbody 1996 truck. I get helped by a young Caucasian girl she tells me my parts will be ready around 12 ish. So I come back at 12 I’m excited for my parts to fix my truck, I get home and tell me why? Wait these aren’t the correct sensors for my truck. So I go back and I get helped by a young man named junior and he helps me and I tell him I needed the mass air flow sensor for my 1996 nissan pick up truck and he tells me great ok i ordered the part for you but it won’t come in till 2:30 wait nvm 5:30 and I say ok but I needed it today and then he proceeds to tell me to go to the o reily store in Naperville because he ordered it there. Once I arrive to the store in Naperville a young Caucasian man helps me and says we don’t have it at all like we would have to order it and I’m like are you serious. I had to drive all the way from place to another because these people don’t know what they are doing. They really don’t know what they are doing all because the girl gave me all the wrong parts to the truck now I had to go through the hassle, then to find you guys didn’t have the parts in the first place is ridiculous. You guys should really know how to look for parts correctly instead of giving someone to waste their time and money to find that those weren’t even the right parts in the first place. I came into get my battery checked. When I walked back in because they had to do a charge test I heard one of the employees say "you didn't hook it up" I thought nothing of it at the time untill how things unraveled.They told me that my battery was dead but they did not have a replacement there. I went to advance auto parts which is down the street and I bought a battery with them. When I went home I thought maybe I should of have them test it to. I called them they tested it and the battery was good nothing wrong with it. So now I can't return the new battery I bought because it's a electrical component. I had to shop at advanced Auto before I found this O'Reilly's auto parts. I always have preffered O'Reilly's and this one is no exception. The staff was super helpful. They even went and found the correct oil filter for me. No one ever does that I always get given a long number and need to find it myself. I absolutely love shopping at O'Reilly's and I need some more oil, and they just sent me a coupon via email! Mobil 1 5 quarts for under 30 bucks.... I'm coming back now!
