Reuland’s was a preferred caterer from our venue, the Paramount Meyer Ballroom, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Brigit Reuland, a third generation owner, was phenomenal to work with from the start. She was very responsive, nice, and straight forward. There were so many options to choose from for our tasting. Our tasting went so smoothly and we felt like royalty. We had our own table with our customized tasting menu and beautiful set up with possible napkin folds and color samples. All the food was so tasty and plated so beautifully, it was so hard to narrow down our choices. We decided on 3 passed appetizers, a buffet, 2 proteins, 3 sides, and a late night snack of mini pizzas…oh yeah, AND A CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN (it was a hit). We got so many compliments on this being the best wedding food many of our guests have EVER had, people were raving about the fettuccine! Reuland’s staff was so nice to work with, everyone was so polite, helpful, and greeted everyone with a smile. They made our table set up come to life. There was even a few surprises, like the beautifully carved watermelon with my husband and I’s name on it and a nice gift for my Dad! And one of the most special features they offer is that you can donate your leftover food to two shelters in the area, and we absolutely love that, we went with the women’s shelter. Just shows how personal and caring they are. You won’t regret hiring Reuland’s as your event caterer, I know we sure didn’t! Thanks Reuland’s for making our day so special....

Reuland Food Service provided the catered meals for my daughter's wedding in April this year and we were very pleased from start to finish. From the first day we met with Brigit, we were impressed. My wife, daughter, soon-to-be-son-in-law, and I all arranged a tasting to sample the foods to choose for the wedding menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food at the tasting and the quality of the food that day. Once the decision was made regarding main course, etc. Brigit was very attentive to details to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted. She even accommodated our allergy-free requests for our guests with special dietary needs without any fuss or confusion. On the big day, her staff were present and very pleasant, serving us all and taking care of the details as well as the little extras so my wife didn't have to worry about it. They worked extremely well with the venue. We loved the special touches such as the watermelon carving too. And after all the food was served they even had the leftovers ready for me to come and pick up the next day. Thank you Reuland's for helping make my daughter's wedding that much more fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anybody planning a wedding reception or other...

We trusted the Reuland family with the catering for our daughter's wedding. We had heard about their great service and quality food from around town, but had never experienced (or paid) for something like a wedding. We were blown away!!! From the very beginning, Brigit and Ryan listened to the "food truck" concept that my daughter wanted. Then they went to work and designed a menu and experience that was totally awesome. We felt confident after the tasting, but what about when the actual wedding day arrived. That is when we got to experience why Reuland's has such a strong reputation. The Reuland team completely over-delivered on what they had promised. Our guests could not stop talking about the food, the s'mores bar and the friendly staff that anticipated every possible situation before it occurred. When it was all over, we had a happy bride and groom, happy parents of the bride and groom and over 230 happy (and satisfied) guests. You can trust the Reuland family with your special day.
