Cinco de Mayo Bakery — Local services in Aurora Township

I am always on the lookout for a good torta and I heard this was a spot to try. I Ordered the Chicanita, it was very filling and had great flavor; the meat was cooked perfectly and you could tell the bread was fresh. if you like fresh juice I highly recommend trying some; I ordered the green juice and it had a great balance of all the ingredients. Highly recommend trying this place and I will definitely be back.

Edit: Came back a 2nd time and ordered the asada mini burritos, 2 pastor tacos, and chocolate donut for the kids. Steak was not fatty or greasy, and had great flavor plus for being “mini” burritos were big proportions. The pastor tacos were oversized and not expected; I love pineapple with my pastor but the only “negative” was it was a little more on the sweet side. Not to worry nothing the red sauce couldn’t balance out, added the perfect spice and complement. Also when I walked in realized how big of a bakery they had so got caramel churros which were amazing and an Oreo strawberry tres leches which was good. Lastly, as I went to check out noticed they had tamales which weren’t on the DoorDash menu but I’m always looking for a great tamale place so decided to try these and these did not disappoint. The wonderful lady had them fresh, hot, ready for me and I tried 1 of each flavor, pollo verde, pastor rojo, and rajas con queso. All of them had great flavor, were super soft, and very authentic but selfishly the rajas con queso were definitely my favorite. My wife and I only finished 1 burrito, the tacos, and 2 tamales; very good portions. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone whether you want a hearty meal or a simple treat to hold you over. They do speak pretty much only speak Spanish but do make an effort to communicate and are the sweetest people so make the effort to communicate back and enjoy this local, authentic, hard...

I ordered a cake, I went to pickup and it look ok but, once I started to drive to my destination I notice that the cake was collapsing, that it end the cake had completely collapse was arrived to my destination.I couldnt enjoyed the cake or the party because the cake was destroyed. I noticed that the cake had no support they put straws to support it. I went back to the bakery with the cake and explained to them what had appened, and the lady was rude and didn't want to refund me the money or at least give me some type of credit . I wanted to thank Cinco de Mayo Bakery for doing an outstanding job on my moms 70th birthday cake. It was absolutely beautiful. They did exactly what I wanted and it was such a hit with the whole party. It was beautiful to look at and tasted even better. I will definitely get all my cakes from here moving forward.
