My reason for rating this place four stars, a few reasons. One, though I love the variety of great quality of home products, most of the time I find that I can find either the same or a similar item priced for less money elsewhere. I will admit that this store has more to select from than your average stores like Home Goods, Target, and so on. Second, there's never enough employees on the floor to assist customers, including at the cash register. This can be frustrating at times. Third, the restrooms are ALWAYS, and I do mean ALWAYS, dirty, not enough toilet tissue or papertowels. I just know that whenever I plan to shop there, I bring my own toilet tissue and hand wipes. You can spend a good hour in this store because there's so much to look at from home and garden to home furnishings. Overall, a must visit, but again, bring your...

Great selection of Christmas decorations at reasonable prices. I saw one employee out on the floor trying to tidy and organize however that wasn’t enough. Took my daughter to the bathroom, I don’t have the words to describe how filthy it was. Tissue on the floor and in the stalls. 3 of the 4 bathrooms that I saw were filled with tissue, poop and urine piled up in them. The seat was broken in the only halfway decent bathroom. I could also tell that that toilet hasn’t been properly cleaned as there was dirt and stains around the pipe and sides of the toilet. I was going to tell someone that the bathroom needed a lot of attention but as I said, there was only one person on the floor and two people working...

I visited this store for the 1st time tonight. All the items were just beautiful and the prices aren't bad either. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOWEVER, WAS SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT !! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. WORKERS ON CELL PHONES WHILE THE LINE IS BACKED UP WITH CUSTOMERS WANTING TO PAY AND LEAVE BUT WE'RE FORCED TO WAIT BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES. ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS REFUSED TO WAIT AND LAID HIS ITEMS DOWN AND WALKED OUT, AS I MYSELF STOOD IN TOTAL DISBELIEF.
