This is a local neighborhood shop that I used for the first time a few weeks back. Although Arnold P. Ultimately was unable to get around the pesky Google custom kernel version and achieve SuperSU/admin permissions he gave it a good shot. I had high hopes that it was my day to bust out of my IT nightmare and acheive SuperSU but Google proved tricky even for a sharp kid like Arnold. I found this young man to be knowledgeable, professional, understanding, and sympathetic to my situation which is I want root & SuperSU status so I can uninstall a bunch of useless BS enterprise system apps I don't want or need clogging up my limited storage space on my Nexus 5X. Arnold tried several tactics but wasn't able to slay the Google dragon a couple weeks back but he didn't charge me the 50.00 either. He invited me come back if I learned of any new ideas to get around the custom Bullhead kernel version on my device build and he'd give it another shot. Well turns out I just stopped by to see Arnold and send him an email that there's another option to acheive root W/O a PC running Windows by downloading APK files directly to the device and I found an rather educational app in the Play store giving detailed directions, analysis, & several suggestions specific to my device. I cant believe how simple it seems and anticlimactic. Today I put Arnold on notice of my intentions to give another shot at rooting my phone myself this time but please be on standby if I need further assistance and shared the app info with him for future reference. Thanks fellas I appreciate your help and support and I feel this young man bent over backwards to assist me and then frankly waived the fee when he didn't acheive SuperSU admin which I didn't expect but was pleasantly surprised he did. I would give six stars if I could! I was on my honeymoon and dropped my phone into the ocean. I recovered it, but it would not turn on. Days later, I finally was able to take it into this store (which I chose due to positive Google reviews). Their staff was polite and set an expectation of the challenge of fixing the phone. Over the next day or so, they called twice to give me an update on the progress of the phone repair, which I appreciated. They explained what they diagnosed and what they would do with the phone. I was told my phone was one of the worst damaged phones they had seen because the ocean water had corroded the inside of the phone, making it difficult to even crack open the phone. I was happy to hear they were able to recover the hundreds of photos from my honeymoon (my honeymoon was in a remote location and photos never uploaded to a cloud). Unfortunately, the phone was so damaged, it was no longer able to receive or make calls, and I could only text when on Wifi to other iPhones. The cost of the repair was about $250. It may be steep to some, but the photos were priceless, and I am grateful for the young guys who were able to recover the photos. I highly recommend their services when you need a serious...

Best group of young professionals I've encountered in years. Nate and company literally saved my life...which was in my phone. I recently dropped my phone into the ocean while in Peru...prior to my flight. The salt water fried my phone and I had zero connectivity...not only leaving Peru but arriving in the States. And I didn't back up any pics that day either...I had to take a Taxi because I couldn't access Uber and I knew NO ONES number! Anyway, I was desperate and finally got ahold of these great young people. They were totally up front with me regarding my phone. The phone was not salvageable but there was a possibility that the contents were. Motherboard and guts were corroded but somehow Nate was able to transfer my data to the new phone I purchased there. You saved my life young blood! These 2 young men and young lady are professional, articulate, crazy literate and competent in their trade and craft. I couldn't have fallen into better hands. Thank you all so much...I sincerely appreciate what you all did...and Nate, you da man! Great team. Critical reviews are bs...these guys are straight up pros....
