I called in an order and they took it but they didn't tell me that they were not going to make it I thought calling in an Order means that they are making it and when you arrive You pay and you pick up your food and you leave The person who took my order tried to get me to make an online order. But I was already on the road about to pick up food in 10 minutes or less I have done this before with no problems but by the time I got there they Had my 4 sandwich order Push to the side as if they were Waiting for me to arrive to pay for it The person at the register laughed at me and thought it was a joke a pregnant lady My time was not important to them She proceeded to speak in Spanish as if I didn't understand Trying to make it look like it was a joke all 3 employees laughing Behind the counter This is customer service I think not How rude No respect For customers I will not return here to this location ill take my business to Parker and i225 location they are never Rude like that and the food is always 100% and made when I call in my order After leaving that location I did call the parker and I225 location made my order with no problem It was hot and ready to go Just like it was supposed to happen on 6th in Peoria. those employees don't respect people or their time waste of my gas...

Been wanting to write a review here for a while … honestly the tortas here are really good! 🙏🏽

They have lots of tortas / options to choose from as shown in the menu. I do like how they make your food in front of you and are pretty good with service. Whenever I ride my bike I always come here to grab a torta “to go” , just wish they had like a bike rack or anchor points around the plaza that’s close by to lock my bike and come inside without bringing my bike inside because it does feel sus around the plaza…but overall … For the price you pay I wouldnt be mad honestly even tho … the coke bottle is pretty expensive 🥲🥲🥲🥲😭and tip does feel intimidating too… Whenever I come here it’s always busy which is a good thing and I can honestly see this place going to be up for a long time … would be nice to update the restaurant but overall really good place to eat and and definitely will come often 😬 would recommend the...

I have been coming to these location for years and the tortas are always really good. But today a little disappointing. To start the woman that made my food first wiped her face and nose which sounded like she had a runny nose with her bare hand and then grabbed gloves without washing her and started to make my food. I ordered 8 tortas for my family so that they can end up in the trash because I wasn't going to feed my family mucus. And in the middle of making my food she decides to stop leave her post move over to the soda refrigerator to check her phone and answer txt messages like if that was more important then the $120 I spent plus the $15 I gave for tip. When I walked in the restaurant was empty and for sure there were 4 employees and no one thought it was a good time to clean the place. Tables where gross and trash all over the floor.
