On Friday I was out of options for a healthy meal, I goo-ogled open subways around the area and found this subway would be open until 10:00 PM only on Friday. Happy and hungry I arrived to this location however when I attempted to open the door I noticed it was locked. I saw the hours posted on the door and it surely said open until 10:00 PM. There was a lady waiting for someone to get out of their shift I believe. Another lady came and opened the door, me and my boyfriend and my little girl were ready to order. As I asked for my 6 inch chicken sub the lady that opened the door for us seemed really annoyed by our presence and acted really impatient towards me and my boyfriend as he was distracted playing with our daughter. I asked him if he was ready, to what he replied give me a second. The lady that opened the door (unknown name but she is hispanic if that helps) rudely stated that the only reason she opened the door for us was because she thought we were with the other ladyt waiting for someone to get out. I told her they were supposed to be open until 10:00 PM and it was barely 9:44 and she ignored me. I felt so humiliated and told my boyfriend I didn't feel welcome there and asked him if he minded going somewhere else. He saw the whole thing and said he didn't want anything from subway anymore. As I left I apologized to the young lady that was preparing my meal and said we didn't want to bother anyone to what she quickly replied we weren't bothering possibly trying to fix what the other lady did. We left and realized it was too late to arrive to any other subway. I believe this is a terrible customer service and will possibly write this review at other sites as I work close to this area and use this subway at least 3 times a week. Hopefully that rude lady checks her time before acting so rude. Or she is disciplined. She needs to treat everyone equally, I felt discriminated, humiliated...

The young Hispanic woman working there gave me attitude from the beginning of my order and acted really annoyed at every request i made to customize my sandwich. She got annoyed at my bread choice, annoyed at me asking for marinara, annoyed I wanted to add tomatoes before toasting, etc. I asked for marinara sandwich on my bread and she was like NO. she was treating all the customers with disrespect and I could hear her complaining with her coworker about having to work. This kind of hostility to people because of your bad day is ridiculous. Just before leaving, I finally asked if instead of two medium drinks (from my coupon), I could just have a large cup, and that seemed to set her off. She got mad and started spouting nonsense about counting cups (I have worked at a Subway). I called the store and a guy name Jason wouldn’t give me any other information on who he was told me he isn’t sure what to do if they don’t get the order but changed my card. I asked for a manager he said they left for the day. He was no help offered no help. And hung up on me. I told him i will contact corporate to let them know that he does not know how to help and hangs up on customers. He hung up on me again and any time i called back to see if they got my order he would pick up the online and hang it up on me so he wouldn’t have to talk to me.
