This store does not give refunds, and they don't let you try on anything either, fitting rooms are closed. It's a lose lose situation for the customer. I asked the latina lady working there if she could check for a size in a fit on the high rack, and she was nice enough to check for me and bring the clothes down for me to take a look at them. The top was one size bigger than I wanted. I asked about the fitting room, which she said was closed. I asked if I could try on the tank top right there in front of her, over my tshirt, she said no. Moral of the story, I really liked the fit and had no way to know if it fit how I liked, without buying it first.
She then continues to tell me "you can return it within 14 days with your receipt." What she DID NOT TELL ME that was for store credit ONLY, or an exchange. Thinking I could get my money back, I paid these ppl $30 to try on a fit just to find out they are keeping my money. Its a really huge inconvenience and misleading business practice to operate in this way, especially since the situation could be completely avoided by opening the fitting room. Pist these people arent more transparent, and good paying customers cant even try before buying. They wouldnt even look into ordering the size I actually was looking for or nothing. Now I'm stuck with this store credit I don't want because this store is full of clothes I otherwise dont want, all of which I cant even try on to see if I WOULD like them. All I know is I think Im gonna report this poor way to do business to the BBB. Maybe even the Consumer Financial Protection Agency. I knew I should have just left the outfit since I couldnt try it on, but here comes this lady telling me I can return it but without all the details to encourage me to buy it. Sheisty.
Im tired of being a hard working individual who doesn't usually spend because I cant afford to, and then the ONE time I need to find something I like, and I do, I cant even try it on first before commiting to purchasing it, and then have the SERIOUS inconvenience of the store I offered my money to, tell me basically oh well they are going to keep my money even though I am not happy with the product. Well now oh well, Im gonna keep my dissatisfied opinion and share it publicly...
Read moreI bought i pair of shorts from here and then needed to make a return, i was on my way to an appointment and stopped for shorts so i was in a rush and didn't realize the fabric collects so much dirt and hair and that just wasn’t for me. they didn't tell me that refunds were not possible it was just posted on a piece of paper behind the register and i was not made aware of it. the lady i spoke to told me i could make an exchange which a happily said yes too, but then im told she cant take the return because i dont have the tags, even though i have the receipt? she then tells me i can just bring the tags back from home and do an exchange. so i leave, come back today, another 30 minute drive for me and this sales lady tells me they are missing a belt which i didn’t remember ( i have like 4 of the same kind ) and says that they are too dirty, even though i tried to explain that they collect everything and i tried to lint roll them ( i wore them once and then put them back in the bag until at the store ) she said i couldnt wash them. then proceeded to say its not even possible “because the tag isnt attached” that is the craziest thing ive heard, let alone needing the tag in general. again if i was told that about the little paper of rules this wouldn’t have happened. in the end i left with the shorts i dont know what to do with, wasted money, and unhappy. lol i know they have cute clothes but if they cant at least make customers aware of their rules, and then tell them different things entirely i wouldnt give...
Read moreBe careful if you are thinking to go to this place. My friend and I went to this store a few months ago to buy luggage for international travel. We wanted to buy multiple luggage with different size. We started checking the luggage on the display. An Asian lady came to us yelling and saying bad words. We were confused. We asked what happened and she said we took down the display items. We said sorry that we didn’t know and there is no sign that says do not take it down. Then she told us to leave the store. She said she don’t want to sell them to us. We were so polite while she was throwing bad and derogatory words on us. I asked her if we can speak to the manager. She said she is the manager of the store. She called the security and told him to kick us out. I don’t know the Gen X chain management structure, but I asked if we could speak to a manager above her position, she refused to give us...
