We wanted to ignore the fact that this unsanitary ice cream room was just a hole in a wall and just give them a try. Not only did they knowingly over charge us for 2 ice cream cones @ $5.78 x 2 + tax= $19.85. When we told her about the price, she corrected it down to $12.78 Yeah, No. If you buy, ask for a receipt. I know they need the money but stealing from customers is not the way. That's why you respect people that are trying to help you. . I told the cashier on the photo about the over charge and she played as if she didn't know any English at all (mumbling), laughing and giggles with her Family, making jokes about the customers and taking orders with a low voice. . The cashier and her family started yelling and screaming in front of other customers cussing us out making us look like bad customers. . The experience we had overall was pitiful, Disgusting and they should be ashamed of them selfs. . My advice would be to them is if yall don't want to be selling ICE CREAM yalls entire life and hate on people with money you should probably think about another job. . They walked around grabbing different wet towels that laid around their work area and they used them to wipe their hands and fingers every time they dirtied them. (YOU CAN SEE ONE LADY WITH A WET TOWEL ON THIS PHOTO) Who knows how long they owned those towels, reusing them and touching your food and cups, etc. If you know wet towels hold bacteria, mold, infections, and you can't remove those with just soap and...

I’ve gone in several times with my boyfriend. The customer service is horrible. There’s this oft that’s always there , always has a itch face acts like she doesn’t like working there, I don’t Know her name but she’s literally always there. Tonight we came in and ordered several stuff while we were waiting on our food a homeless guy came in asking to BUY a cup of ice. I 100% understand that during this pandemic we need to be careful , and so did the homeless guy. He was trying to do his best to cover up his face with what he had he stood by the door not bothering any customers or cashiers just simply asking to buy a cup of ice. The cashier then proceeded to ask the her coworker which then said there was no ice. We had just had rested a drink that requieres ice so her statement didn’t make sense . They then asked the guy to leave bc he didn’t have a face mask. I then went to my car gave him an extra on while he waited outside the ice cream shop. I tried to get a cup of ice for him which I was also willing to pay but they refused saying they didn’t have any, but we’re able to give us our drink with ice ??? The whole thing left...

The food here is great! great flavor on basically anything that you order; But.....the service here is horrible, long lines, and wait time is bbaaaaddd!. I just think that is wrong the system that they have. Order....step aside.....here is your food....now come back to the line so that we can charge you for what you ordered.....what? why can i just pay once i have ordered?.....not sure if i can...
