Horrible experience, not even one star worthy. The gal totally ignored me and helped the customer behind me, served her and cashed the customer out, avoided looking at me, then another gal took my order and this was at 11:55am at 6232 s. Parker Rd. They were out of the cherry pastries, heavenly chocolate chip cookies were, once again burned, like always, so couldn't have my favorite cookies. After the ladies took my order, the gal that rudely acted like I was invisible, and clearly didn't want to help me, cashed me out, I asked her for a tuna bagel sandwich to add to the order and she didn't act like she wanted to serve me that, looked at her food sorts and said we have none. Asked me if I wanted a receipt, like she just wanted to be rid of me, I said yes, and she didn't say a word to me after I got the receipt, not a thank you, not a, have a nice day, not a peep. So, this is not the first time I've been treated really really poorly at this location. The other time I got there at like 3:03pm, there hours were closing at 4, now its 3pm, when I walked in there, the gal looked at me and said we're closed, and I looked at the cherry pastries, like really, you won't sell me them, I said oh, like ok, and said I guess the hours have changed, she said nothing, a gal was in front of her, wasn't sure what was going on, but before I walked out in disbelief, a gentleman walk in and she said it to him to, he to was like dang, fine, as we walked out in astonishment, I said to him, guess our business isn't wanted, and he was like yeah, guess not. I really like Einstein Bagels, I like them so much I like to go there every other day. But I have to go to a further one so that I don't get burnt cookies and people who aren't ugly towards me. Really is an inconvenience, and sucks to be treated like this, but I don't know where else I could get my treats. :( :( But I've wasted alot of money on burnt cookies, my friends or my husband will pick them up for me and since I call ahead and have had them set aside and already placed in a to go bag, they don't notice and I get the burnt cookies that are hard and nasty, and end up in the trash, where my money essentially is going. Completely annoying and frustrating that I can't get a non burnt cookie for Any location. I don't understand why they all don't have the same habits on the time it takes to make the cookies and or when they need to be remade due to not being taken out on time. Because these cookies are burnt and hard and can't eat 'em. Really...

I came here with my brother and had a really sweet experience overall. The environment was welcoming, and the lady at the front was incredibly kind. Even though she didn’t speak much English—and we didn’t speak any Spanish—she still made sure our order was correct and treated us with so much warmth.

Our food came out super fast, which was great because we were hungry. Unfortunately, the food itself just didn’t live up to our expectations. I ordered a Mexican hamburger, my brother got a torta, and we shared a plate of carne asada fries. Everything looked good, but it all tasted really bland. My burger didn’t have any flavor, even with everything mixed together. My brother said his torta was just “okay”—he gave it an 8 out of 10, but mentioned the carne asada fries were too soft and ended up soggy from the added chili.

There were no seasonings or sauces on the table to help, which might’ve made a difference.

I probably won’t be back for the food, but the experience itself was still meaningful. It was a chill moment to hang out with my brother, and I appreciated the kindness of the staff. That part...
